Oceanbuy.ca Kbeauty Store (Online Order & Pickup)

It's my first time ordering from their website and I'm definately going to continue shopping from here. The packing and shipping time is very good. I had a problem with one item of my order and contacted their customer service. I'm not exaggerating when I say that their customer service is chef's kiss. They quickly helped me address my issue and was so friendly and easy to deal with.

I just found this store and I'm so grateful that they carry a lot of japanese products which are difficult to find and are usually marked up a lot in other stores. The customer service is top notch, they are very responsive on wechat, and are also very polite. My order was delivered very quickly, I'm a happy customer.Update: I really appreciate their customer service, they still replied to my messages late at night when my concierge (almost) lost my package, and in the weekend when I had to get something urgently. I can't recommend this store more, I will be a loyal customer for sure

I just placed my second order ! The prices are really good ! Some items are 2$ to 10$ cheaper than other places! I live in Quebec so I receive my order within a week which is great !

Purchased online - reached out to customer support with questions, they responded super quickly and were very helpful. I ordered online and was able to pick up my product the next day. I found some of the products to be cheaper than other major websites, and the plus was saving on shipping. When I got there my order was ready for pick up right away. Would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

Really wanted to try some J-Beauty but the Hada Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Acid Premium Lotion was sold out everywhere I looked and pretty pricey otherwise. I also wanted to stay in Ontario to avoid long shipping times, it took me awhile to find Oceanbuy but its awesome I did. It gave me the cheapest price for Hada labo, came in a few days, sample was pretty big too.

Ordered from them multiple times online. Price is great and service is always fast (next day delivery with FlashBox).

I was on the hunt for some Korean and Japanese beauty products that are harder to find here in the GTA. I usually order on Amazon for the convenience of having it arrive sooner, but WOW I think I've found my new go-to online store for all my beauty essentials.Was a little skeptical at first because I couldn't find any reviews on social media (TikTok, Instagram) of this local business but I'm so glad I took the chance and ordered. Not only is their pricing more reasonable compared to other online and local stores, but their shipping time is also top notch! At least from my experience within the GTA.
