$9.99 is for 2 CANADIAN passport photos only.Even though other countries are only a millimetre or two different in each direction, they charge $19.99 for 2 instead!Justified? Or a blatant rip off for tourists and non citizens.They should be ashamed of themselves!And advertise truthfully, not advertise $9.99 everywhere then after they bill your credit card tell you and try to justify it!

They had a deal on Groupon, so I purchased it and when I called, they said they would get back to me. I didn't hear back, so I called them again and they told me they're no longer accepting Groupon vouchers. They just told me to go get a refund. No apologies at all. The voucher is still on Groupon.
