Loved my experience here, she was so helpful and gave me a variety of choices! She made it fun! I was shopping for a dress to attend a wedding in Italy. This was the dress I landed on and it was perfect. Also great prices :)

I came here looking for a dress a week before an event. Michelle was very welcoming and helpful, and after a brief chat, pulled dresses down for me to try on. I loved the first one I tried, and Michelle pinned it for the seamstress. She put a rush on the work, and had it ready for me two days before my event. I brought it home, and unfortunately, the alterations had made the cups in the bodice fit in a strange way. I contacted Michelle immediately, and she opened up the store hours after closing to figure out what had gone wrong. She then brought the dress to the seamstresses that evening, and had the dress back to me, fitting perfectly, the next day. She made sure all was well before sending me off, ready to look and feel wonderful in a stunning dress. The dresses at Behsah are beautiful, and quite reasonably priced for the kind of gowns they sell.

When we visited the store, we had a great experience and was ready to provide a positive review. The store has beautiful dresses, we have been searching for weeks and this store definitely has a great selection but it was expensive. We went ahead anyways expecting quality work.When we received the dress, we didn't check it properly. Once we got home, I noticed the stitching was off in many places. Strings from the stitch or fabric was hanging out everywhere, it wasnt sealed up where it should be. It was not pretty.If I got this for a cheap price then fine I understand where the cut was made but this is a $500 dress. I don't expect this type of work for this price. I can't give a full positive review as a result because I had to stitch and correct some of the mess.

Customer service was great, very helpful in selecting a beautiful prom dress for my daughter, and even gave her a pair of earrings as a gift!

This place is amazing. I bought 3 prom dress here and they are all gorgeous. There is many different kind of dress here with different designs so u can really find your dream dress here! Even if there is a little small parts that doesn’t fit well they can alternate it so fast in just 2 days. They changed the shoulder part smaller for me. Also, the people there are very nice. Adorable! Sweet! Love it! Best prom dress shopping experience ever out of so many other different places I went.

Such an amazing store! Michelle was just perfect, she was so kind, patient and very welcoming! My mom, daughter and I adore it here! My daughter is 3 years old and Michelle made her feel like an absolute princess, smiling from ear to ear. Her dress came out so beautifully!! And thank you for fixing my moms dress on such last minute notice, we are forever thankful for you!! Definitely coming back!! :)

I highly recommend shopping here if you need a dress for a gala or any special event. I purchased a dress from here and had the best customer service! The owner went above and beyond to meet all of my needs for the ball I was attending. I also got so many compliments at the event. Every piece is unique and handmade. Definitely would come back if I have another event and I am in need of a dress!
