Amazing customer service at this store. I had troubles with my account and it was resolved by them very quickly. I especially want to thank Keith, who went above and beyond to help me resolve me with my issue. Keith was extremely professional, patient, kind and clear with his explanations and I cannot thank him enough. If you are a bell customer or ever consider switching to the bell company, make sure you go to this one! Keith is the GOAT

First time visiting this bell store and the customer service was amazing! Shoutout to Keith for such an amazing service, it was such an easy process to port over to bell with no problems at all. The process was flawless and it didn’t even take a long time, Keith basically would guide you from 0-100 and he even activated the sim and make sure everything was up and going before you leave. No hassle and trouble thinking what if I leave the store and the sim is not working at all. Will be coming in to this store for my next phone upgrade!

I walked into the store just to inquire about the current offers, and even though I didn’t activate anything from them. Keith was really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with me the whole time. He was not pushy, and I left the store feeling validated. I will be definitely going back to him once the right solution is available.
