The Mobile Shop

This is one of the best mobile shops I've been to. We've purchased two lines from here and most recently I went to activate my father's new Koodo line. Went to two other locations where they simply said can't help you call the Koodo line. But the staff Sandesh could have easily said the same thing but instead helped me to transfer the SIM and helped us out. He went above and beyond and the staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Wanted to quickly say thanks. Will surely return to this shop for future needs thought we do'nt live in Mississauga any more.

Spent 2h+ in weird issues in my account. Luckily Chester helped to solve all the problems. He was really doing his best to try to have the problem solved. Real problem solver! Appreciate all the help he provided!

I just came to Canada and needed sim card. After some searching I found a good plan at Publicmobile provider and went into Mobile shop to buy one. I didn't know that they don't sell publicmobile cards. Seller at the corner told me that publicmobile is just meh and I definetely need freedom sim card. Plan was worser than publicmobile but seller told that connection quality is so much better. He was really persistent and even didn't give me a chance to think by myself.I've alreay had Chatr sim card that was given me for free at the airport. It had 200mb per month on board and it had pretty easy number to remember. So I asked seller to save that number but he said he will find even easier for me for my new freedom card. I Believed him and I was so wrong. He gave me absolute trash number without any slight sight of being easy to remember. Just random digits. Ofc it`s my fault to agree buying it, but again he was so persistent and I had zero confidence as a newcomer. Plus for some reason he named me in documents not Alan but Alam, lol.In the end when I came home I felt like I was robbed honestly. Really bad experience and I would not recomend to go there.

I usually don't review but will definitely like to give my feedback for this one. Best place for best deals. Contact Ronak he will definitely find you the best deals as compare to anyone in market. Have done almost 7 transactions with him and fully satisfied. Highly recommended.

The mobilists Vishal and Dharam are really good at their job. They will explain all the different offers available clearly and give you the best options for your budget. Being a member of PC optimum points card they made I got the maximum points. Even gave 1000 points just for making enquiries before purchasing my mobile and plan. Vishal would make a great manager or team lead as he is clearly a pack leader and team player. Head over to this Mobile Shop for the best deals.

Y’day I visited this shop for the first time and experience is Not Good.We informed Vishal that we are looking for a phone and he said Ok. After 2hrs of standing in line - he said not available. When inquired about reason- he said that his code cannot be used.No plans to visit this store again.

Really recommend this shop and even Vishal also. I went there regarding my phone and he had break after 10 minute but he didn’t take break and finished my work early. He is always there to suggest better mobile plans for students and manh more.I strongly recommend this person and appreciate his efforts.

Store closing time is 9 pm as outlined on their website and location... At the location since 8:30 pm... Store paged for the Mobile Shop twice but no response and no person in sight..Normally got good customer service at the location but this is unprofessional.. hope the management could address the issue and resolve accordingly..

Normally getting competitive and reliable phone plans in Canada involves lot of time and efforts. However with Ronak and Vishal, it was an amazingly simple and quick experience. Thanks to their knowledge and honesty, I was able to get amazing deal in one day! I highly recommend them!!
