Great place, I haven't been to one of such you choice and we make it places. I was surprised by the choices, to what I expected there were a lot of vegetarian choices, which my friends loved since they are vegetarian. I loved the meat options as well they give you a lot to think about. You don't need to worry about the portions since it's all the same whatever you want at the same rate. You can stuff as much of anything you want in your plate as long as it fits. Furthermore, I liked their sauce choices, I am a big fan of Asian cuisine and their sauce options were perfect for me from Teriyaki to Kung Pao, you name it they have it. The guys who make your food great at this I felt like I was watching artists. And the best thing about it affordable. This has to be one of my go to places from now on. And yes the staff is friendly and welcoming. I hope you all like it as much as I did.

Mangos is my go-to for healthy eating ourside the home. You're given the tools to make an incredibly fresh, balanced and delicious meal.Mongos offers a wide variety of options from crisp vegetables to various vegetarian and meat options.They take accessibility and allergies very seriously here, all you need to do is talk to your server and they will take care of your experience.This Mongos has a wheel chair friendly entrance as well wheel chair friendly washrooms.When it comes to food, it comes doen to your creativity and flavour balnce. If you're not sure where to start you can ask for a card where they have recommended flavoursThey no longer do their birthday speical as a headsup.Other than that this place is fantastic for all occasions.My only gripe was the service, I got put at a table and got my bowl, server checked on me once and I spent more time waiting for the server to come back to get me the bill, then I did eating or making my food. I've effectively waited 35 minutes before they came back.

Comparing this to the mongo's on regent, I'd say it's a much newer and nicer place. Line ups were non existent on a Tuesday! Server was friendly and prompt. Did quality was great. Unfortunately, the cooks looked tired and uninspired compared to Regent, my food and my kids dishes sat unattended on the grill far too long. Not inedible, but really they only complaint. Overall a good experience, and I will likely be back.

Don’t be intimidated.. it’s very easy. Pick a bowl, fill it with veggies, meat, fish, etc whatever you want and on top build a pyramid with as many noodles as you manage.. add the sauces and leave it into the grill. You can add 2 sides to choose of rice, egg, tortilla or wrap.Also there is a salad and soup bar.Good ambiance and super friendly staff.It’s quick. You can finish in less than 45 minutes. Fair price. Healthy food. There is beer and deserts.

very fun dining experience, delicious food! you can make your own custom dish and then watch them fry it for you. the staff was very friendly, our server was Brendon (or Brendan I can't remember, sorry Branden) and he was helpful in getting us started and giving us tips, very attentive

We informed the waitress it was our first time there, and the waitress explained to us how it worked. However, she did a horrible job. When you're ready go up to the buffet and fill your bowl and take it to the grill".We ordered our drinks (Dr. Pepper and a water) then when up to the buffet. When the bill came we were charged for 2 soft drinks and one us for the mega buffet

First visit here. Very nice staff. Our server was very helpful. Guys on the grill were friendly and quick. Overall, great experience. We will definitely be back. Oh and the food was super. I just need to figure out the sauces ☺️

Trash.It’s a cool idea in concept but they barely cook your food long enough for it to warm up. It’s never hot because that would take too long.And even if you ask for it well done, it makes little difference. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I love mongos. The idea to build your own plate is brilliant.The most recent visit was lacking in customer service though, it wasn't very busy but our server was so busy cleaning she wasn't available when we needed her to be, and it looked as though the other workers weren't doing much of anything which was why she was so busy.I ended up helping myself to the service station and getting my table waters because we had been waiting for 10 minutes.Needless to say, we don't go here for the service.
