What a GREAT limo!!! Absolutely have nothing but great things to say about this company. Driver was very friendly and the limo was clean. Thank you K.O. Diamond for making my wedding day even better, my wedding party had a absolute blast on your party bus.

Would never recommend this company to anyone.The party bus smelled so bad of an obvious full toilet tank. Every person in our party had to cover their faces. It was absolutely disgusting. The cooler tanks were full of water with ice that had melted from the previous person who rented the bus.. and splashed our party.Do not ever use this company!!!

A couple of guys that work for this company stopped at the gas station where I work (Lennon, MI) on their way home from Arizona and they were ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! They let me come outside and check it all out, even offered to let me take pictures! Wish I had gotten their names so I could request them to drive for my daughters birthday!

Our group could have very easily had a much better experience had our bus been cleaned properly. When we got on it there was a lingering sewage scent that was tolerable but quite unpleasant, we figured they didn’t clean the tank properly with chemicals or something (We did not use the restroom on the first drive). During our drive I had to move seats because I was getting splashed repeatedly by the sloshing water in the ice bin that hadn‘t been drained from the previous reservation. The bar top in back by the radio controls was sticky. When we returned to the bus after our event to go home, the smell on the bus was still bad. Some guests had to use the restroom and the smell that came from the bathroom was VILE and TOXIC. It was so bad that we were covering our faces/noses most of our 1-hour ride home! The guests that used the restroom reported that the toilet tank was visibly VERY full. While our driver was pleasant, I cannot understand how he did not notice this smell upon entering the bus as well and did not address it at all even after dropping us off.

The Party Bus was great, K.O Limousine really cares about their customers and makes sure everyone has a great experience. I highly recommend this company!

If you ever need a limo or party bus this is your place!! I rented a limo through them for my senior prom, and they gave my friends and I a very good deal on this limo. The day of prom they showed up in a bus so we could have more room, without charging extra. We had a blast and had an amazing driver! We got done with dinner early so he took us for a quick starbucks run before heading to the dance. Highly recommend K.O Diamond limos!!

We rented two limos for the day of our wedding. We had them both for the whole day. Due to the A/C being broken in the limos we originally chose, we were sent two different vehicles from what we chose. The drivers were polite, helpful, and very personable. It was a hot day, so we wish the A/C was better, but for the price we got it was a good value.
