I visited this dealership today to inquire about their incoming vehicle and see if they have what I wanted. I was greeted by Fady Michael. Right away was asked if I’m trading in any vehicle. I said depend on the price you’re giving me (I’ve gotten an offer already from a different dealership). He seemed more interested in my trade in than disclosing what incoming vehicle they will receive.He directed me to his cubicle, my wife and I sat down while he does whatever it is he’s doing. Then he disappeared, while he was gone I took the time to check reviews of this dealership on my phone. All I can say WOW, based on the reviews, this is the one dealership that people would advice you to avoid. Long story short, I’ve never felt so relieved that they lowballed me so bad that I got to stand up, thanked him (hey, I’m not a savage ) and leave.For future buyer, there are better dealer out there that will treat you better. I get a feeling this is just not one of them. Check the bad review first! Most of them are spot on! If you still decide to order your vehicle from here, Good luck!

One of the Best Dealerships I have visited. Zak you are an an exceptional customer oriented person. Very helpful and thinks from customer's perspective. ZAK guided us to the right vehicle for our family and also ensured we get the best possible value for our purchase. ZAK is a great communicator. He ensured to answer my concerns even after working hours. I am always coming back to Attrell and will be dealing again with ZAK for all my future dealings. My referrals would be going to you Attrell Toyota and Zak. Special mention to Bobby being friendly and staying back late till we drove our vehicle late after getting delivery. I had done the Gold Package detailing for my Toyota Camry 2016. The service is good here. The internal cleaning is as per expectation.. And also the external polishing and touch up on minor chips are good.. Overall I have a good experience with the service… One extra star for Ron (Senior Manager). He is really patient and answered all my questions regarding the service and made sure everything is done properly…

I had the BEST experience dealing with Randy Martinez at Attrell Toyota. He took the time to fully explain all my options, answered every single one of my questions (and I had way too many), and provided an exceptional level of customer service from any dealer I’ve ever interacted with. From signing the commitment for my vehicle, Randy’s communication and service delivery moving forward was top tier, and kept me informed every step of the way. Upon receiving my vehicle, he took the time to explain the many features of my Camry XSE, and even took it upon himself to book my first service appointment, and let me know to contact him at any time. I contacted him a couple of months later about a question, and he responded immediately. He was so great, I referred some friends to him and he took great care of them just as he did with me. I will follow Randy wherever he goes, and he is definitely an asset to Attrell Toyota. Great job Randy!

I brought my car in to get a well deserved detail cleaning and I was not let down. My car was spotless and felt and smelled brand new. Seats were shampooed, mats were washed, polished, and more. Nothing was left undone. Ron Ali Singh and his team are fantastic,polite, and punctual. And I didn't leave disappointed. Definitely a great place to go, they will have your car looking brand new in a matter of hours.

What impressed me the most in Attrell Toyota was the exceptional customer service provided by Fady Mikhail. He was attentive, patient and incredibly accommodating to all my requests.He took the time to understand preferences and guided carefully me through the decision making process without any sales pressure.

I bought a new Toyota Corolla in August 2022 for my daughter. It has just done around 4000 kms and is giving notifications for Blind Spot Monitor Malfunction as well as Rear Cross Traffic alert Malfunction. I took it to this dealership as I bought it from them. To my surprise the representative serving us (RJ) says that it isn't a safety issue, they have disabled the connections to the feature and the vehicle is good to be driven again. They have ordered the replacement part and will take a month for it to arrive. I bought this car thinking that it will be a safe car for my daughter to drive. Now, even She's afraid to drive without these features
