I went into this store looking for cat advent calendars. I know, but don't judge me for loving my cats. They were sold out of the type I was looking for, but the cashier pointed me in the direction of other exceptional finds (2 for 1 temptations and a cat tree). I ended up spending a lot more than the $20 initially planned ... but it turned out better than expected as the cats couldn't wait for the gift as seen in the pictures.I'm very happy with my experience here and will come back to this location when I'm in the area.

The staff is pretty helpful and they are there when you need them. However, some of the fishes seems like they a not properly cared for, i have seen a few dead fishes the tanks. Good overall tho.

Just wanted to stop by and say I am very impressed by the petsmart in milton. I booked my puppy comet to get groomed and there was a small mix up in the system. Due to me having surgery in the next few days I did need him in asap. The manager that was on duty was absolutely amazing and figured everything out he had called me back and even got my sweet boy a last appointment for that day. I truly appreciate that. Once I got their the girls were fantastic with him and even though he was a last appointment they were so happy to have him there and sweet to him. So i just wanted to say thank you for making his first experience a great one and we will be back. He is soo soft and looks very nice.

Very terrible experience at the Milton PetSmart Grooming. I took my mini doodle here for a birthday grooming. I was pleasant and even told the groomer it was her birthday. After she was examined I was told she had some matting and only way to correct is to be clean shave. I reluctantly agreed with shaving her body but did not agree to giving her a lion tail cut. Lindsay (groomer) went on to say she would stop the service and I would have to come and get my dog, without fully listening to me or hearing what I had to say. I could not understand why she needed to take such a firm stance. She was very inflexible and had terrible customer service. I came back for my dog took her home examined her tail and went ahead brushed out the “matting” within 5 minutes I was able to properly detangle her tail. I knew my dog tail did not need to be shaved and she did not take the time to even try detangle. I have used other groomers at this store and they were never this inflexible. I spoke to store manager who also did very little to help the situation.I rarely leave reviews on pages but this has to be said. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for grooming services.

Exceptional customer service. I went in to find a replacement part for a bird cage( I broke a food container) they didn't have the same type that will fit the cage. The guy went in the back and found an extra one and he gave it to me for free. Thanks that really made my day and saved me the trouble of finding that same exact piece. Luck was on my side.

Recently was in the Pet Smart Milton dog grooming salon and there was a worker in their named Leah who gave one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever received. Very rude and condescending. Was not helpful whatsoever. And i would even go as far as saying should not be in a position to speak with customers because of her terrible attitude.

Pam was very helpful and friendly. I asked her advice on how to train my puppy to stop peeing herself when she gets exited and she gave me a good explanation and advice regarding my situation.

In the past we had a great groomer by the name of Natasha who went above and beyond. However, she seems to be off and we have been unsatisfied with groomers at Petsmart Milton since.Specifically, we had a bad experience with a groomer by the name of Lindsay.She was rude, impatient and my assessment is that she is lazy to try and meet customer needs. She tries to take the fastest route and is happy to clean shave your dog because it's easier for her to do. The manager on duty was not very helpful either, when we escalated the situation and highlighted the dissonance we were experiencing with Lindsay.Lindsay makes a lot of excuses as to why she cant do what you ask or do it properly(sanitary groom, haircut), when Natasha our previous groomer was able to do everything with ease and not a lot of problems.We had to cut the service short and collect our dog. It's unlikely I will return to petsmart milton as this is not the first incident we have experienced with poor customer service.I have had great experiences with Pet Valu and Ren’s Pets and wish either had a grooming service.

The store is great. Grooming services on the other hand.. not so much. regardless of how pleasant or reasonable you may be, its not enough for the team to try to get your dog more than just bathed and dried. i reluctantly brought my puppy back for a second go at the grooming figuring hes learning but i was being talked out of coming in days before the appointment and when we went in we were met with the most rude and hostile welcome. i felt awkward leaving my dog there and upon picking him up (an hour later from his overpriced bath) he cried the whole way home. im not too sure whats happened to the management or quality there but its very disappointing. save your time and just book at an actual groomers.
