What a 1st great experience with a company. From the very beginning Ryley knocked it out of the park. I being from the service industry, strive to give an experience with every customer. I was quoted earlier in the year for the machine and the price of course went up like everything else in the world, yet they honored that price upon me enquiring this fall. Then he took the time to show me all the features until I truly understood them. Plus he didn't leave until I had it completely tied down, despite the store was closing and he had tasks to complete to do that.5+ Stars @Ryley, keep up the great work.

Great staff and often better prices than Canadian Tire for helmets and other accessories. They’re patient enough to deal with people like me aren’t very mechanically inclined without making me feel stupid.

Purchased a new bike here for my 9 year old and had some of the greatest customer service I’ve received on a big purchase. The salesman I had dealt, Calton, with for purchase was off the day we were able to go pick it up but he told me to speak to another one. The salesman I spoke with on pickup ,Ryley, went above and beyond and treated my 9 year old as the customer as it was his bike. He took the time to go over everything with as it’s his first bike with a clutch and gave him a tutorial on how to use it. Brandon at the parts counter took the time to go over all the different riding gear with him directly as well as helping him try it on for a proper fit. Ryley and Jay from service also took the time to ensure pick was setup for my sons weight as well as took the time to go over proper ways to adjust suspension when needed. The way they went above and beyond and we’re personal with my son really makes a difference.

Jen was so helpful - we were looking and eventually purchased an e-bike. Jen explained the differences between the various units she had in stock. Took her time with us and we did not feel rushed at all. On try out day - Jamie assisted in explaining the features etc. before my husband took it for a test drive. On pick-up day the bike was charged, cleaned and ready to go. Another employee explained all of the warranty etc. to us and also helped pick out a suitable helmet. Jen set him up for the big take off and my husband drove it home. We will certainly be back for any future needs/WANTS :) Thanks again for the great service Jen and staff!!Denise and Roger Ring

Some things are hard to get these days... But Ryley worked hard during business hours and out of business hours to get me the bike I wanted! And when the bike landed, the paperwork took no time to get done. Very impressed with the service I got at Macleans sports Ltd!! Thanks again Ryley!!

I bought a argo 1000LE from Bobby. got me on my bike super quick. Dropped by again today to check out some accessories and you get treated like family! Probably why my family always recommended Macleans sports to me.
