Time for a change... This store has too much older & outdated products for sale. Damaged product cases & boxes on shelves.Dusty, full of holes, duck taped chairs & broken desks on display.Lazy, uneducated & unknowledgeable staff.Why would anyone even shop here to support this store?Please clean it up, stock more recent up to date products, educate the staff on products sold and where to find product locations within the store so they can help customers. When I go into a store wanting to spend 100s to 1000s of dollars I don't want to see that.You're losing customers and money but letting this continue.

I brought my laptop (I paid 300$ extra for warranty) to get fixed they said 2 weeks you'll have ur laptop back! Well I dropped off said laptop June 1st and I still don't have it! Worse is that they know I need my laptop for school so I asked since it's taking u so long to fix my laptop can u loan me one so I can complete my schooling and the Manager tells me to buy a new laptop! I just spent over 2g plus the warranty on this laptop iv been generously patient when ur two weeks went 2+ more weeks (still unknown how long have to wait to get it back) I am not impressed at all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A LAPTOP FROM HERE!Rant Done

Everything I used to be able to get from staple is only online shopping so I go to online shopping and everything is out of stock this store used to be a go to store but find it very difficult to acquire thing in last few years

Stopped by in the morning of May 25th to the copy center with an emergency. The gentleman that assisted me was great. Likely a small thing for him to complete but saved my day! Much appreciated, thank you.

Was missing the single chair on the floor that I wanted to try: the Dexley. I got a different chair (hyken) and have buyers remorse as it's too thin (edit - month later - and has improperly placed and pain-inducing lumbar support). The store is 200 km away so I'm stuck with it. I'll never buy another chair that I can't sit in first. They need to put our all the chairs, not just the overstock.

I couldn't get a refund for a webcam I bought here cause the serial number on the webcam doesn't match the serial number on its box. This is of course a manufacturer's mistake, but even so I have been denied further assistance at the store. In addition, an employee named Lok told me that the mistake was mine (hinting that I was a scammer) and threatened to ban me and my boyfriend from Staples. Poorest customer service I have ever seen in my life.Hopefully there will be a personnel change soon.

I would give them 0 stars if I could, just had a terrible experience at Staples, I’ve been trying to get my wedding information printed to 8x10 and they have totally messed up the cutting 3x in a row. I’ve since gone back and they are now refusing to print and cut these even though I have not made a stink about it until today. So thanks Staples, for not offering me a product that I’m satisfied with but for charging me.

I have now bought 2 lemons for printers. First one quit after a year, second one didn't work out of box. Didn't even set it up and take it out of the box until 2 months after purchase, and they will not take it back. Be aware of their return/refund policies!Usually out of stock of day planners, but otherwise good stock of office supplies. Although usually more expensive than other stores.On a side note, I have found on more than one occasion that the staff are quite smelly, which can be unpleasant if you need extensive assistance.
