One of the Boys Barber Shop
I had a good experience on my first hair cut with them and went there twice for the next haircut but received only frustration. I even had once my name written down on the list and rushed from my work there but a lady refused and asked me to write down my name again and wait one and a half hours! I said I live in a different city and came here only for the haircut after a long day at work, she said sorry. The ridiculous thing is that their staff don’t know their rules! One had my name written down for 2:15 PM and another just refused me! Very unprofessional barber shop in the area.

2 stars only because thier work is good. Minus 3 stars for, no appointments, low staff, extremely long wait times, closes early on Saturday (busiest week day for salon/ barber services, I know first hand). Showed up 20 mins before opening to stand in chilly weather behind 15+ people to be told I have to wait another hour or so ? I can't imagine the customers they have turned off from this place. But if and when you can get in the cuts are good.

I tried going back after 3 years to see what it was like. By far the worst customer service I ever had. Got there at 9:10am in the morning. 3 people were in the chairs getting there hair cut. 2 finished up at at 9:17 and 9:20. 2 Barbers went and cleaned up, which was fine but neither said a word to me or the other guy in the waiting area. They just went into the backroom, and I waited til 9:33 before I got up and left. You would think you would get in faster in the morning but nope. Not a place I would recommend or go to again.

I was rudely turned away at the door on a sunny day with 30 minutes of business hours remaining on the clock. There was nobody waiting to be served it seemed like they just wanted to close early. Been coming here for quite a few haircuts and the service has been declining! The stylists do not seem to be willing to accommodate drop ins even though this is what is being advertised. I understand people want to go home but don’t be rude to customers because won’t come back or share your business with others!
