Body Energy Club: Coquitlam @ Eagle Ridge Place

Love this place my favourite is the skinny on dream Smoothie and they also have a keto friendly chocolate one that is soo good. So many other good products here.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been getting smoothies here for some time and I have to say they are exceptional. The smoothies, the staff, everything! Each smoothie is made to perfection and so delicious. My go-to is the Almond Butter Dream but I’ve tried a few others and have never been disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful! They always provide service with a smile and are happy to help you with any questions you might have. This is by far the friendliest Body Energy Club location I have visited and believe should be a blueprint for all others. I’m so happy it is now my home branch. It is super clean, organized, and well stocked. They have an awesome selection of ready to go snacks and meals, as well as health products and supplements. There’s also tons of parking available. I highly recommend this BEC location. A huge thank you to Mehdi, Sarah, Minna, Donovan and the rest of the team (wish I knew all their names) for their amazing service!!!!

I have been going to BEC for about a year now. I not only treat myself to a healthy smoothie or bowl regularly but I’ve been using their clean vegan protein powder. I can’t say enough good things about it. Smooth and tasty, it doesn’t come out all chalky. Love that it doesn’t give me any bloating or an upset stomach like other “vegan” powders do. Lastly, I always take a smoothie in front of their mossy logo on the wall! Lol

These people are rude. And incompetent.Asked to substitute avocado for banana. They refuse to. Despite the fact they can. And they want to charge extra.But forget that. Rudeness.Did you forget your customer is your boss? You do NOT get to talk down to the person paying your salary.Do NOT go here.These chumps ask for a tip. That's a bonus insult. A tip? For what? Doing your job?

I love the smoothies at body energy club! My favourite is the harvest apple smoothie, but today I tried the blueberry crumble and it was delicious! They definitely keep you full and energized for hours. There is also a huge variety of products in the store and staff are always helpful.

When we went in last Saturday we were super impressed by how friendly and informative the staff were. I asked to speak to the owner to pass along our gratitude and was equally impressed by the high standards he has for hiring his staff. Since you can easily buy supplements and vitamins online, it's this type of great customer service that determines where we spend our money. The store also has an excellent selection of products and we also really enjoy their smoothies.

The smoothie bowls are super tasty and the service is pretty good (sometimes depending the worker). Their brand of vegan and whey is also really good. It does take a while to get your order but I think it’s worth it!

They always make my smoothie perfect. I love everything about this place.

I can't say enough about this location. Parking is great. The people are super friendly. I usually go for their smoothies that are so freaking delicious and made quickly. Their selection of products is pretty remarkable. Love coming here weekly after my workouts!
