I like this Shoppers, it's big and has a good selection of food items. Main issue is they for some reason do not post all of their sale prices within the store. You have to keep referring to the flyer because they don't have any tags telling you what's on sale. Other issue is inventory, many of the sale items in the flyer are either never carried or are only carried when the item isn't on sale.

Many errors on my prescription drugs in the last few months, will change pharmacies soon if things don't get better. Still waiting for the owner/manager to phone me with an explanation, I might have a long wait!

Great service from Mukiesh and Bhaunik in the pharmacy, thank you both so much! We suspected that my son had strep throat and they were so great making him comfortable with the test, and very accommodating with regard to allowing him to choose the right antibiotic, and allowing him to select it in liquid rather than capsule format. Very helpful, knowledgeable and hats off to you both.

A few months ago I would have given 5+ stars. However, since then the service at the pharmacy has deteriorated a lot. Long waits, forgotten orders, frazzled employees. I think that there has been time for the new owners to get better organized by now. Suggest you hire more staff!!

I was recently bitten by an animal and it was clear that the bite was infected but dreaded the idea of sitting in a walk-in clinic or urgent care to get a prescription. I went and talked with a prescribing pharmacist (I believe he is the new owner :-)) and he promptly prescribed me antibiotics (pills and cream)and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. He saved me a drive to Okokoks and hours sitting waiting to see a doctor, all the while had a smile on his face and a great sense of humor. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service on the Family Day Holiday Monday!

Our baby's pictures were taken (for Canadian Passport) by Ms. Leanne (and Ms. Rosa assisting her) at this outlet just last week; she was exceptionally patient, creative and attention to detail (our first set of baby pictures were Rejected by Passport Canada) and had to click several dozen pictures since our baby was fuzzy . We are very thankful for her efforts (and also to Ms. Rosa) and hopefully the second time's a charm !!

All the employees are nice and attentive and the store is well taken care of no question about it, and stacey does a great job considering company restrictions.The reason for the 1 star review is because of the shoppers drug mart exchange policy on electronics, as they do not have one. I bought a defective sony product and because i chose to buy it at shoppers instead of eb games, best buy, the source or any one of the other competitors in canada I am stuck dealing with sony for 3 weeks to get an exchange. I dont expect them to honour a year long waranty, but a defective exchange after 2 days for such a large company should not be a problem. Customers should not be forced to bear the burden of immediatly defective products, especially in tough times. Shame on shoppers for selling products that they cant back in the consumers defense. Never buy electronics for your self or as a gift from this company.It is unfortunate i have to leave the 1 star review on this locations page, but i dont see a way to review the company as a whole... Probably for this very reason.
