Jason was extremely knowledgeable, understanding of our needs and patiently and clearly answered all our questions. He even took my wife and I out on the street and showed us how to operate the bikes. Charles, the owner was very helpful too and made us a great deal on the bikes that my wife and I eventually bought. No hesitation buying here. This store easily deserves more than five (**********) stars! Buy here! You won't regret it!

We bought ebikes today. Jason the salesman was knowledgeable and patient, answered our questions, understood our requirements, explained safety and performance considerations to help us narrow our selection and encouraged us to try out the bikes we were interested in. Charles the owner was helpful too. Our new bikes were delivered the same afternoon and Jason made sure any seat, height and other adjustments were perfect and a mystery squeak eliminated before he left. Many thanks. We’re excited to use them.

This place is awesome. I had such a good experience buying my first E-Bike I went back and bought a second one. The staff is very knowledgeable on their product. Best to buy local if you ever need service for your e-bike.

Picked up my new transportation today and love it! Went into the store on Tuesday not knowing much about E -Scooters and I am now a proud owner! The service and knowledge was excellent, and very patient while we tried to understand. Looking forward to knowing my scooter and building an on going relationship with Charles and his crew. I bought an electric bike from here a few months ago, and it's made getting around so much easier. The staff were super helpful and let me test drive a few bicycles to find one that's perfect for me, and they even helped install some of the accessories I bought. I'd 100% recommend getting a bike from them.

I am thinking about getting an ebike and found Windsor Electric Bicycles on Google maps search. Charles greeted me promptly when I came in and I told him that I was thinking about getting an electric bike, but I didn't know very much about them. He was very nice and very helpful and proceeded to show me different models and explain the differences to me. Even though I said I wasn't quite ready to buy one, he still took his time and answered all the questions I had. If I do end up buying an e-bike/electric power-assisted bicycle, I'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this business.

You can tell when you walk in the door they are eager to assist and take pride in what they do. They have a large inventory of quality products.
