Absolutely rediculous, they were screwing up everyone's order. Took them 20 minutes to get a mobile order ready, to the point other people who ordered after were getting their food before us. Also had 3 people serving one person on till, like seriously how many people does it take to do one person's job. I've worked in customer service for my entire career life so far and I've never seen anything this bad.

I ordered a combo number one Dave's single and it doesn't supposed to have bacon in it. My sandwich had some bacon in it. My Religion doesn't allow me to eat pork. When I went back to ask them to make a new sandwich for me they take the sandwich to the back took out the bacon and give the same sandwich back to me. I don't like it when people look me stupid. I used to came here once a week but never again.

Ordered through the drive thru. Could barely hear the guy on the speaker. I asked a question at the window, he responded with 1 word. Seemed like he didnt want to deal with people that day, lucky him, neither did I.I ordered the avocado salad. Ingredients were fresh, but they were cheap on the toppings. The crispy chicken i ordered with the salad was at least fresh. Portion of the lettuce seemed less than before, then again, its never consistent with their salads. At least service was fast and they got my order right.

If I could give a lower rating I would. We came in tonight for dinner and the only one with a clue is the young lady on cash.thr whole time she was trying to take orders the manager snd another fellow were constantly asking her about the orders. We waited for 10 minutes for our food and then when we received my single bacon and my husband's baconator neither of them had bacon on them. THIS wensys is a total joke. They may as well close the doors on tj8s one because they certainly do not care about their customers or getting orders right or in any kind of time. Sad!!!

Got an apple pecan salad here on Friday and half of it was rotten and wilted leaves. It went in the bin. Very inconsistent. I actually never give bad reviews and it pains me, but it was too horrible to ignore. The time before I barely got bleu cheese and was disappointed. This place needs to be more consistent. Also whilst there, another customer was complaining as their fries were cold. At 9 pm on a Friday you would expect fresh and hot food. Not sure I’ll be going again.

The 3 times I’ve gone there one item is missing and I have to go back. Even some thing as small as toppings on a burger missing. Reminder to maybe check your stuff before you leave the drive-through cause someone was texting at the drive thru window and not paying any attention. Won’t be back.

Person at front was not attentive at all - asked for wraps and said no combo - paid for combo after I said no combo three times - only knew that I almost overpaid because we asked for a senior drink (which of course costs nothing) when he said well one of yours comes with a drink- asked take out or eat in said take out -. Person clearly not listening - when I mentioned this to him - ,oh well sorry - me bad ". - talk about getting in the. St of his day - salad was great!"

The salad had dirt in it . They didn’t properly clean the lettuce . And the service was not pleasant .This Wendy’s spot is not good. I have pictures below showing the dirt in my salad . Be safe run from this Wendy’s . Also there was a seagull in the parking lot that was intimidating me .
