I highly recommend this clinic.Our 8.5 yr old Bullmastiff collapsed at home from an unknown heart issue and was not in good shape. He was rushed to this local clinic for emergency care as it was after 10pm. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two staff members with a gurney who very quickly got our 130lb boy in for assessment. Nothing could have prepared us for saying goodbye so suddenly that evening. We truly could not be more thankful for the care he received, and the way in which we were treated throughout one of the worst evenings of our lives.We found the prices to be very fair, especially given that it was so late in the evening. The all-round genuine compassion was what really what gave us some peace at such a difficult time. I don't know how this team does what they do for a living, but we are so grateful to have had them in our time of need.

The staff at 404 are some of the best. We brought our 4 year old pup, Moose, in on Saturday morning after a night of vomiting and becoming lethargic. They were kind, caring and compassionate. We received update calls daily and sometimes multiple times a day. Unfortunately, Moose took a turn for the worst and was not doing well despite everything their caring team was doing for us and him. Every visit we had we were constantly reminded how amazing our boy was and what a good dog he was. They took their break times to be with him and they made sure he was loved beyond words. Moose was a people dog, he loved people, always tried to make everyone around proud of him.Unfortunately on Wednesday we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy. His organs were shutting down and his body was tired. They made this time so special and calming for us. I have been with other pets during euthanasia and this time was by far the best. He was loved by them, we were cared for by them and I couldn't ask for anything more at such a difficult goodbye with our young boy.Thank you to all the staff who helped to try to save our boy, we are forever grateful for the care he received. And thank you for making our goodbye more comfortable despite being the most difficult decision ever. We appreciate you all.-Megan and Aiden Tunstead

On April 18th in the early morning hours our cat Mars fell seriously ill. We rushed her to 404 Vet Emergency where she was immediately admitted; it was with gut wrenching sadness we had to say goodbye to our little one. We want to thank Dr. Levasseur and the team on call that morning for the kindness and the empathy they all showed, but most of all the care they gave to Mars in her last moments, they placed a warming blanket over her and I know she would have loved this. The warmest Thank you. Even though it is a very sad time we know the future will be filled with the best memories of our cat Mars.

Can’t thank the clinic enough for taking care of our dog Rudy. Brier was so friendly as soon as we arrived and Dr. Flynn walked me through every step. They exercised great customer service and bedside manner. I hope no one ever needs an emergency vet but if you do I’d recommend here. And our dog Rudy is fine after his make out session with a porcupine.

June 19 our sweet pup who’s been with us for 12 yrs passed away in the evening at home we called the clinic they said to come right over and gave us as long as we needed think it was 2 hrs. The admin staff were so heartfelt and understanding..the vet tech Erin? came in once we were done our grieving( which you never get over) she picked him up in his bed consoled us and was so sweet towards our furry family member.. thank you to you all who took care of us that night.Rest in peace our beautiful Sparky boy.

I called 404 at 4am after finding out my rabbits had eaten his fair share of one of my house plants that was deemed ‘toxic to pets’. They were so kind and compassionate. They conducted some quick research and set my mind at ease that the risk was relatively low in this particular case. I’m so thankful for the advice I received and the time they took to help me. This past long weekend on Monday May 22nd our dear senior kitty was in major distressed. To Euthanizeher was the only humane option left. We couldn't wait until Tuesday when our vet would reopened.We took in in and the staff and vet were phenomenal . They took our Cassie and first gave her much needed oxygen to relax her and calm her down. When she was calm and relaxed they proceeded, no rush, they asked if we were ready to continue.we were there with her and it was so peaceful for her ..she literally went to sleep. Losing a pet is heartbreaking and knowing Cassie went very peacefully was a blessing. Highly recommended this clean, well organized clinic for your beloved pet. If in time I adopt again this will be my choice for excellent pet care.Valerie & Brian

The team at this clinic are incredible to say the least. On Tuesday evening we had to make the tough choice to put our cat down late in the evening. We called ahead and once we arrived we were immediately put into a room. The staff treated us and our cat with compassion, empathy, dignity and respect. They made an already terrible evening a little more bearable. The price was actually less expensive than what our regular vet had quoted us.Thank you to the team here for being so kind during this.

Very disappointed. Brought my cat in with bladder obstruction. He was assessed by vet, urine was collected and obstruction was cleared. Waited 1.5 weeks for urinalysis just to find out that they never run the test. My cat has possible bladder infection and should be treated with antibiotics. The clinic does not care how stressful the situation has been The money for the analysis was refunded but I did not get any explanation or apology. The time waisted for waiting for the results may cause further damage to my cats bladder and kidneys. Do not recommend this clinic.

UPDATE: May 26 2023:Today I received a reply from 404 Vet! After 11 months!!!. Dear 404 Vet: please see attached bill. Looks like you've misspelled my dog's name (Mickey instead of Nikky). My husband's name is correct though... I will definitely call you as you suggested. Although I called a year ago and left two voice mails (prior to posting my negative review) and never received a call back...For anybody who is concerned about Nikky: She enjoyed her life for another 10 months. She turned 11 in January and happily played with her new toys. Sadly, in March this year, she's got a herniated disc condition, which caused her a lot of pain and could not be treated. She passed away in the end of March... We miss her immensely and we are so glad we did not follow the advice from 404 ER. We all had an extra year of happiness together!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Sorry
