Great service, cheapest prices.

Do not take your Goose down jacket to them. Now the hood fur is ruined and have colour stain came out from the logo. Very upset.

Zero star!. Prices are outrageous and when you try asking why they're charging a jacket price for a sweater, he will argue ...

Response to owner:Sorry but when your grandfather took the order, he didn't mention anything about a rush order fee..? We didn't look at the receipt till we got home...Items was dropped off at 8:30 and picked up at 3:45pm...Total Rip-off! Their prices are ridiculous compared to literally everywhere else. The gentleman is rude.

They clean the cloths well kept the time when it came in.I like getting to know my small town people and build a relationship with the merchants I give my business to, but there was no bedside manner or any customer building talk or thanks for the business I gave. They were polite but that was it.

(This review is for the Armstrong at the Alliston Wal-Mart)Took a coat in to be sewn on a seam, under both arms.They butchered that-looked like a 5year old did it by hand and they only did the one side(knowingly like we only wanted one side done).Second visit, took suit pants in which had a small tear but not on a seam.Said they could do it(I'm not in the business so I figured there was a trick with an inside patch).Nope- they stitched around the tear making a patch the size of a quarter. Looks ridiculous-would have rather they advised this would be the outcome-wasted 30 dollars as I can no longer ware them.Do yourself a favour and take any seamstress work to a place who knows(and cares) about their work.Never going back.
