Excellent, courteous, FAST service, this company has its ducks in a row and can get you a terrific appliance -quickly! Beyond thrilled they sorted me out for a washing machine as rapidly as they did. Save yourself some time and call Duo if you need a repair. No need to call around. Mr. Wadhawan runs a very organized, honest business. The repair people are knowledgeable and prompt. The service is excellent.

Worst lack of service I ever received. Wouldn't wish my worst enemy this kind of treatment.1. Rude2. Does not keep his word.3. Does not own up to his mistake4. Hangs up on customers in the middle of them talking.Spoke to the guy on a Wednesday about having my Dish washer replaced. We couldn't find a weekday time that works because I work during those hours. He asks me if Saturday would work. I say yes Saturday after 11am. He says he will call back. 3 days later no call back, so I call him. I try to ask him whats going on, he blames me for not having a free time slot. Naturally I am taken a back since he said he will call me back so we work something out. In trying to explain what he told me 3days prior and hold him accountable for his words, he hangs up on me mid sentence.

I had a feather pillow explode in my washer, which clogged my drain and filter. I called a few places and was told that their next appointments were 1-2 weeks away. I saw Duo recommended on a local neighborhood Facebook group. I called them and they were able to come out the next morning, which was a Saturday. They got my washer cleaned out & running again, and they were more reasonably priced that I expected. Very happy with their prompt service.

Didn't know about this little place but was referred there when the big box store didn't have the part I needed for my washing machine. Not only did they have the part but they gave me the option of returning it if it didn't work to my satisfaction after installation. Small town service, friendly and helpful. Don't let the neighbourhood prevent you from going down there. This is one of those places that will hunt around in the back room for the most obscure part...and they'll actually have it.

We’ve been using duo for our rental units for a while now. Unfortunately over the last few years we’ve had a handful of problems ranging from appliance reliability, to cleanliness and with repair person making a know/trusted tenant uncomfortable.After purchasing a washing machine from there they did not complete a setup and the balance was off. We contacted them and they assured us they would come back and never did. Unfortunately that washing machine only lasted 9 months.

Great selection and prices. Customer service is fantastic. Very knowledgeable staff. They sell used appliances, can order you parts and do service calls!

The send a guy out to fix our washing machine was here for 5 min never really did any work on it pressed a button says your pump needs to be replaced that pump is 192.00 dollars. Was not happy with that I found where the pump was took it out took it apart and there was a dime in the pump. Now the machine works again
