Absolutely horrible. Went there cause I love taco time.. their meat tastes it was mixed with seasoning to benefit the demographic of people in the area. The meat tasted like Indian spices and nothing else. I love Indian food but not in my taco. Spoke with the employee who told me the meat spice was unavailable since covid... not sure I believe that at all. Stay away from this place if u are wanting taco time... it's not the same at all!

Horrible customer service, kept cutting me off when i ordered. Would start filling each item as i was stil ordering. Acted like it was a task to take my order. 645 on a Friday. 70 dollars worth of food. They didn't make the crisp beef burritos until they finished prepping the entire rest of our meal and bagging it. That takes 5 mins so everything is cold at this point. The meat was flavorless and everything was cold, and we didn't get out kids meal toy which was part of the reason we went there. My daughter is obsessed with gabby dollhouse and that's the toy for the meal

I used to love taco time, it was far superior than taco bell. The food is expensive for what you get now, $30 for 2 small burritos, 2 pops and 2 mexi fries?! The meat was terrible, it was so dry and bitter like it was sitting in the container for hours. There was no sauce with it. The food ended up making me sick, I will never be back here.

The owner or whoever was working there (the older man) was super rude and awful, I first ordered a regular deluxe Nachos, I paid and waited for like 10-15 minutes for it to be done, picked up the food and went to Starbucks across the street from the mall, upon opening the food I realized he gave me a Large regular nacho which consists of a bit of tomato and cheese sauce on nacho chips. I immediately went back and told him this wasn’t what I paid for considering I wanted the regular size of deluxe which is the same price as the large regular, he then continued to tell me he knows what came out of my mouth better then me and knows what I ordered better then me. I asked the person who was with me if he knew what I asked for and he agreed I ordered the regular deluxe. He was beyond rude and misleading. I finally agreed to pay the extra $1 or 30 cents for him to just fix his mistake and put the beef on my nachos and he said no I’d have to pay the full amount. I ended up leaving the $8 nachos I paid for but didn’t ask for at the counter after continuously asking him to fix his mistake. He was loud and rude towards me raising his voice when I asked politely repeatedly for him to fix his mistake or just to add the extra toppings and I’ll pay the extra few dollars. Wasted money and horrible customer service and will never go back. I’ve been to countless taco times and they’ve always had the best customer service. I know see why this place has so many bad reviews. Will be letting other people know not to come to this location as well. Perhaps you guys should get better management there.-sincerely a pregnant woman just wanting her deluxe Nachos lol.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the girl working today. Rude and definitely some attitude issues.Definitely not going in again when she's working. Owner is friendly though.

You guys have to improve the food quality. Service is OK. The ladies there tried their best but honestly I ordered a couple of tacos that were just some re-heated microwave tacos, plain beef with no flavor and lettuce all over.

Beef taco was bland like there weren’t seasoningThe potatoes fried balls were mid, nothing special.Churros were hard and didn’t like the taste.I didn’t get to finish any of these, that how bad it taste.

My taco was microwaved for 1 full minute as you can imagine didn’t taste so well and lettuce was soggy/burning. I told the ladies working today as nice as possible and they couldn’t care less. Worst taco time I’ve been to to date.

Take out soft shell tacos. Absolutely disgusting. The food screamed a lack of care. Dried out beef, no toppings. 6 bucks!!? What a rip off. Another dead classic.

The crisp beef burrito was cold and the meat inside was tasteless. The 2 taco special. Also completely tasteless and not warm with no flavour. Just plain fried semi cold beef. He remade the crisp meat burrito. Still flavorless. And reheated the cold taco. Over-all will never order from there again. It ain't a taco time, it just looks that way.
