Prices expensive. Worst off, I was in July 14 around 520pm and the blond lady greeting people by the door was quite rude to a poor little boy He was just trying out a ball he wanted to purchase and she rudely told him not to bounce the ball. However, the store was empty (so wouldn't be in anyone way) and he was probably making sure it works cause all products brand name or not could have defects and you have a very strict unfair return/exchange policy. I quickly went out without buying anything. Rude way to treat a poor child. Would never give this store business.

Unpleasant workers Dread when I need anything camp related because of the staff.

And extremely poor selection for men of Columbia outerwear that the year before was excellent. No large sizes in men's insulated gloves. The prices were absolutely astronomical not a great place to shop. Extremely poor value for the money. Most people could do much better in terms of value and selection elsewhere

The staff were great. I was walking by and saw a sale sign for fleece pyjama pants in the window. I stood at the desk and they brought up everything I asked about, so I could see it /touch it. All worth a smile.

Brian the store owner is a crook. Treats employees like slave labour. Do not shop here. Borderline psycho would describe him.

Worst Customer Service! - The store owner, Brian Gerber, is very short sighted. I bought some half socks that said fits sizes 8-11". As I am size 9 I bought them. They looked a bit small so when I got home I tried to fit one sock on my foot and it was obviously too small. Next day I went to return the socks and when they said they couldn't refund because the packaging was opened (How else could I see if they were the right size???) they said they couldn't refund me. I asked for the manager who turned out to be the owner

We won’t return due to their poor customer service and return policy during the pandemic. General Manager misled us in a product that they carried. Cashier gave incorrect information to us about their return policy. We were told we could return when stores reopened for in person shopping. They then did not allow our exchange/refund. Very disappointing considering their prices are expensive side. Buyer beware. Do not recommend!

The worst customer experience. The owner Bryan is beyond rude, inflexible, insulting to customers and couldn’t care less about customer service. When he finally returned my call the first words out of his mouth were “I don’t have time for this” and before I could finish explaining my issue he says “I’m behaving like a child because I don’t understand no”. I feel bad for his employees. He doesn’t answer emails from his own staff on behalf of customers or return calls (you have to chase him down) and refuses store returns. I was double charged for a sleeping bag, had to come back into the store to fight to get reimbursed and they wouldn’t refund back 2 other expensive items. I am now stuck with only a store credit option and an experience I wouldn’t wish on any shopper. Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon or another local store.

The owner Brian is psycho. I have had the misfortune of having family members work in the store. Slave labour would be an understatement.

Has all the gear you might need for camp. Great service!
