Dr. Khindrie is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time and listens to our medical concerns. The receptionist is also very helpful as well.

Compassionate front desk , Poi is the medical receptionist who is one in a million. Taking patients with care and in a timely manner . Dr Tang has been a life saver for my family. I am so very thankful to this medical clinic ❤️

Worst walk in Clinic . I don’t know about other doctors but Dr. Metrie is the worst . Being a old doctor he has no empathy towards you. So much attitude. We are not taking the services for free. Instead of diagnosing me he asked me all my personal info which was not even needed . Where am I working , why I move here ? Racism!!instead of giving me a diagnosis he referred me to emergency. I went to another doctor and she told me I have Streptococcal infection in 5 mins . Please don’t go to this Clinic . Instead go to some other walk in .

Went for the first time yesterday as a walk in for my son and it was a great experience. The receptionist was amazing as well as the doctor. Very professional and well informed.

If i could could give this clinic a 10 star I would. Poi the receptionist is great always ready to help , friendly , honest and caring i feel very comfortable coming to this clinic . Dr. Tang is the best doctor in mississauga. Dr.tang is kind, understanding and helps me with my concerns . I would highly recommend this clinic.

The best clinic I have ever visited so far! Receptionist is very friendly, listens carefully and she knows how to deal with patients. Keep up with the good work. There are no words to explain the experience I've had with this clinic especially Dr. Tang. She has literally saved my life twice. There are doctors, then there are doctors and she is certainly among the top echelon among her peer doctors. I had seen a number of doctors prior to coming to the Twain Clinic and not one of these doctors were able to help me with my problem. I explained just once to Dr. Tang snd she knew exactly what to do.I don't usually write reviews but she is so knowledgeable I had to let the public know. If you are looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable and also caring ...please visit this clinic.I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for their services.

Dr. Tang, Dr. Khindri, Dr. Metrie and all of the doctors here are great, all take the time to help in whatever way they can. Office Administrator Poi is nice, super sweet, friendly and quick on her feet, all around awesome in every way, couldn’t ask for a better medical team!

Dr Tang .. is very kind and I’m sure does a wonderful job at her craft.The receptionist however….I arrived at 1230. She told me the doctor was not in yet. I asked what time she would return, she said 1-115.She asked why I was in, I mentioned it was to be a new patient and wanted to go through the preliminary consult.I waited until about 145, when I noticed that people that came after me were seeing the doctor before me. I nudged to the receptionist who did not put my file with the remaining patients and then told me I was next.When she brought me into the patient room, she indicated that dr.tang is not accepting new patients. I became frustrated. Why would I wait two hours to find out she’s not accepting patients but I told you my reasoning for being here?? She said well hopefully the doctor will take you?????Completely unprofessional .. when I left I advised her that it would have been nice to have known that detail from the beginning.. to which she replied with “I cannot remember everything”That’s our medical system right there folks
