Unprofessional experience! Went in, filled out all the paper work, they did their reference checks to verify all the information. We went in the next day they said everything was fine and good to go we put the money down and all. They gave us a delivery date and time. When we called on the delivery day they say they couldn’t deliver anymore because the information wasn’t “verified” and our order was canceled. So why would you tell us it was all good and verified if it wasn’t. Liars and unprofessional do not visit this location!

THIS PLACE IS ONE BIG RIP-OFF! If you want to pay at least DOUBLE for cheap Ashley furniture that wears out and breaks very easily then this place is for you! If you have good credit then you have no business coming here & if you have bad or no credit then only come here as a VERY LAST RESORT! You'd be better off going to the Gardner-White that's in the same parking lot.What's even worse is if you miss a payment they will call you 3x a day and will even send people to knock on your door multiple times a week. You can always call corporate and complain and say they're harassing you and nine times out of 10 they'll give you a free week or more.

Last time I went through rent a center was for a washer and dryer two times when the flood happened they would not replace them even though it was paid for I need a stove hopefully this time I won't have no problems out of them
