Worst dealing ever!!! The employees are not interested to help customers. They are only interested to gossip around eat food and stuff like that. I went there to change my phone colour the new one but they simply said they won’t help with anything. The guy named Ben, he was not helpful at all. Only interested to sell things expensive so as to get commission.

Received excellent Customer Service from Shilpi, Ben, & Jas. Went to the store on a busy Sunday evening to upgrade my device and plan. Shilpi helped me throughout the process very patiently and explained me everything in detail. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I really like this Roger's store location, everyone I have dealt with is very kind, friendly and helpful. I have noticed if you don't want to wait for too long for someone to help you I suggest going in at an earlier time of the day, it usually tends to get quite busy in the the afternoon/evening.

Zero Star, if it was available. This store is sad. I'm a long time rogers customer, 10+ years and this store is the final reason I'm leaving to a new provider. The manager Hussan could not care less about helping us out to find the solution for the problem created by rogers incompetent phone support. For the way he came across to me the customer, he should be fired.I would never treat a customer like his time wasted from my company's screw up was some type of joke. What I have gone through today and the stress that I will have on my trip without a phone now..... is not funny to me!

I tried get to add second line under my wife account name . Order by online and pick up the SIM card from store. They did not let me have it even though I show my wife driver licence photo on my phone. My wife could not pick it up because she was at hospital with a new born baby. She call Roger Customer service to add my name under her account for authorization same as herself.The store manager and agents told me, had to wait for 30 days. One agent gave me a SIM card to active calling by customer service. I called customer service three time, they could not do it ,and suggested to go back store and active it. I went three time, they could not or would not do it ,and pointed to customer service. I am wondering how Roger make the business with employees who did not know how to make work their jobs . I wasted my time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. After being delivered a damaged phone, I was instructed by Rogers to take the phone specifically here. They would not allow my husband to do the return - I had to be present. So I drove all the way there. Then when I arrived I was told they couldn't process that type of return. Absolutely incompetent - Clinton and Leah especially. I asked why they would instruct my husband to have me come all the way there if they couldn't process the return and they had no answer - please keep in mind this was all within hours and the same employees were there. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else so you don't have to deal with the lowest IQ levels I've ever encountered.

If I could give 0, I would. I had gone in Friday evening and there were 3 employees. I was waiting for about an hour until one of them had finally approached me (she was the manager). I came in to return 3 of the phones as we were doing the upfront edge situation that Rogers like's to hook you into - she wouldn't accept the return because I had already moved to a different carrier. I had let her know that my family and I weren't notified by Rogers. That said, she wouldn't take the 3 phones I had to return and now I'm stuck with them and have to pay the upfront edge amount. May I add, she seemed very rude while talking to me as well.
