Petra and her team have given daily care to my mother in-law over the past 2 years . Their prompt and caring service has been appreciated by my mother in law and her children.. This has been especially important during the Covid period. They truly care for their clients.Thank you.

What a wonderful team! My mum had a fall on a Saturday and I had to find help 24/7 for a period of time. They were able to get someone the same day and subsequently able to work around my schedule for further care. My mum liked all the caretakers who sat with her and we didn't have any problems or issues. A big thank-you to all that helped me and mum. Petra, Helena, Leah, Sue, Tony, etc.

Helpers Care responded within few hour for our request for information and availability .Care was put into place after a home visit.The owner and worker assigned to us were professional, pleasant and attentive.We had hoped to use their services longer but the patient’s condition deteriorated and the patient had to be moved into a new setting after only three days of home care.Helpers Care was understanding of the fact we no longer needed them and even followed up to see how the patient was doing.

I hired Helpers Care to take care of my 87 year old Mom. They have proven to be, time and time again to be reliable and compassionate. The management team takes their time to listen and evaluate concerns and requests and has always followed through. Each caregiver that cared for my Mom and is still caring for my Mom is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable as to how to care for a senior. Petra and her team were exactly what I needed at a crucial time. With an operation scheduled, she was able arrange two great companions for me so I could leave hospital and recover at home. From the first time we spoke, I knew that Petra and her team would be there when I needed them and was reassuring me at every step.In the days and weeks since my surgery, Petra has checked in on me with calls and texts and I’m so thankful that I found such an amazing team at such an important and stressful time.

I talked to Helpers Care and they sent a wonderful caregiver to look after my 90 year old mother who needed some help and companionship. It has been a wonderful experience for my mother and a relief to her family knowing that she is looked after and very happy with the sweet caregiver.I was hesitant at first hoping it would be a good fit. Helpers Care came through in a big way when my Mother returned from emergency hospitalization. We needed someone to quickly help care for her and ensure that my elderly father was not left to pick up the ball during this challenging time. The staff and management of Helpers Care has beena great relief for myself, my family and my 97 year olduncle. I live in Alberta and he lives independently inQuebec. The helpers are professional, they showgreat empathy and give gentle care, being assertiveonly when necessary. (Older folks have personalityand wit even in their later years!) The staff will call meif they think he needs certain items to improve hisday. The Office Manager keeps in touch with me on a regular basis and does her best to assign the right staff with the most appropriate number of hours to see to his needs. My uncle has been much happier since Helpers Care started helping him out.
