Costco Wholesale

My girlfriend and I visited this one twice, and both times the staff got all on our case over whether or not we lived together/had a shared membership account, which we do. The second time, the cashier also gave me a hard time over whether or not my membership card was mine because your hair looks different" - I was sporting the same exact hair and wearing the same exact jacket as in my photo. And then she got on my case again because my girlfriend was paying for our groceries with her credit card -which is linked to our shared account.Will not be coming back here again. Not impressed with the staff."

One of my favorite Costco until the highway exit was removed. It was convenient before but now it's just one of the Costcos. Usually pretty clean.Go in the morning to avoid crowds

The store is well lit and large variety of products are available at the store.The store follows clear Covid guidelines and store employees are very helpful when looking for different products in the store.This is your go to store for bulky items. I love the self checkout as it makes it faster when checking out.

Going to Costco is always an ordeal for me that I have to build up for. Last night’s trip was very frustrating for a couple of reasons : there was a huge line at customer service when I first got there so I decided to shop first then do my returns, however I was not allowed in with my returns. When I expressed frustration that there was only 1 associate doing returns with such a long line I was told “she is the manager so if she needs help she will call for it.” This response didn’t sit well with me - it’s not about whether the associate felt she needed help, it’s about the long wait for customers. I then had to go back to my car to leave my returns there. My 2nd concern was that more than half the products I went there to pick up were not in stock. When customers plan a trip to Costco we expect the products we want to be there. This place has to do better securing stock and having enough associates working to make a customer’s experience pleasant and efficient.

Great Cosco, wasn't too busy today and was able to find everything I was looking for! I even found something new today, a pack of Kirkland hot dogs but instead of being the normal ones they were actually the same 1/4 lb ones you can get in the food court!Also I found a digger that I wish I had as a kid and I am certain many young kids who love playing in the dirt will love (see photos below)

Usually love shopping at Costco, but I have to agree with the other reviewers about their poor service at this location. Apparently a laborious task to grab boxes for their customers. Expect to wait around for a few minutes with no one acknowledging you at the membership desk. And expect subpar service when finally helped from most of the employees there, I would avoid the headache if possible. Even had missing prices for some food products.

Great place to do the shopping. I was here first in the morning and amazing bread section. Great sale…!!

I used to love shopping at this Costco, but not lately. I find the staff are no longer as helpful. I went through the self checkouts as it was close to closing, with a full cart. As I struggled to manage the volume of groceries, I asked for a box - which was given grudgingly. Then when I asked for help to pack I was told that they don’t help in the self check out line. This while I looked at 5 staff milling about in the area, not doing anything. When I quietly complained to one of them (a supervisor), she was shocked that I asked and no help was given WHILE SHE STOOD THERE AND WATCHED ME CONTINUE TO STRUGGLE and FINISH PACKING MY GROCERIES. Very ironic and not very good customer service. There may be guidelines, but staff should be reasonable - and be helpful. We pay for a membership, and now we have to do all that work for ourselves too? I’m not sure this bulk shopping is worth it anymore….

Really busy on a Sunday and always seems to be a mass traffic area. The layout of the parking lot and entrance needs to be changed to allow for a more efficient and safe traffic flow. That is the reason for 3 stars. The staff I met were great and very helpful all the times I have been here.

Costco is the best price for the products they sell and has the best return policy if there is a problem. You do need a membership to shop here though. I have been shopping here for years and have always enjoyed the experience. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The products and food are always of the best quality. The only thing I don’t like about Costco is the parking, hard to find a spot and exiting is never easy.
