It is the best bike shop ever, the customer service is in beatable they gave us free shock decals and regular stickers to, definitely will come again and they have lots of bikes and gear there at reasonable prices.

Just had a major tune up done on my husband and my snowboards at olympia. I was really impressed with the customer service from the moment i walked in. the person who greeted me walked me through what needed to be done with my board, just to make sure it actually needed a major tune up, and then let me know how i would be contacted when it was done. later on i received a text message to let me know that i could go grab the boards, and they were in PRESTINE condition. I am so impressed with the work that the shop did on the boards. some seriously skilled people working in that shop. we went shredding that day, and couldnt believe the difference. Cant wait to come back! you guys rock!

I just got my boots fitted by Neal and I can’t express how fantastic Neal was; patient, calm, understanding while been highly skilled and knowledgeable.
