Atwood Suites
It was a very memorable experience for me and my family staying at Atwood Suites. Nancy was our building manager and she is the best. She was like a guardian angel for us and would support us in any situation. Cannot just thank her enough for all her support and time she takes to care for the building and the tenants. Very understanding team of people work at Centurion properties. I actually had to move to another city because of job and I chose to rent with the same company because of the good experience. And the trancession was very smooth. I recommend Ateood Suites.

Atwood suites is a beautiful place to call home. Aside from being luxury apartments with beautiful views, the residential manager Nancy is beyond exceptional. Nancy is friendly, kind and always present to help! Nancy is who “sold me” on renting in Atwood Suites and she is by far one of the top reasons on why I continue to rent. She is a residential manager who truly puts the tenants first and strives to ensure everyone’s quality of life at Atwood Suites is top notch! Atwood Suites would be just another apartment building in Guelph without the hospitality of Nancy!

We've been living here going on 4 years now and we must say that we're extremely happy here. We also found our building manager Nancy has been very courteous, professional, very good at upkeeping the building and never hesitates if we need anything from her in regards to maintenance for our unit or other areas of the building. We want to thank her for a job well done and keep up the good work. Because of the above comments. It makes us want to live here for a long time. We love living here and always getting compliments from others about our building and unit.

We have been residents of the building for approx 4 years. Centurion Property made the right decision having placed the perfect Superintendent for this property. Nancy, by far was and is the perfect choice. The building has been kept in immaculate condition, issues have always been addressed accordingly and more importantly...promptly. Someone who went above and beyond during this pandemic to ensure the safety of Centurion's residents...but more importantly...HER residents. Highly recommended renters for Schroder Crescent. Knowing Nancy will be here, we know future tenants will be in good hands!

Our best living experience in a long time! The building manager Nancy is truely one of a kind! She takes pride in the maintenance and safety of the building and resolves any issues immediately. Our hot water heater stopped working on a Friday at 5 pm and She responded immediately and a tech was onsite within two hours!! That's dedication! Quiet, safe and clean building. Highly recommend! :)

I would like to start out by saying I love my home!! Right from the moment I inquired about living at Atwood Suites, Guelph, it has been such an easy process...The staff is incredible and always goes above and beyond to make me feel at home (a big shout out to Nancy!!) Thanks Nancy...you do an excellent job :)Lots of friendly people and it's always clean and very welcoming! I love the fitness room! Any maintenance issue is always prompt and every effort is made to accomodate my schedule.I love my home!!!

Beautifully maintained, spotless interior, and always smells so lovely!! The Superintenant is very detail oriented and takes pride in keeping this apartment building in spectacular shape, indoors and exterior!! They always decorate according to each season including Christmas, Spring/Easter, Summer, etc.
