I had an STD screening done from here, I had an call in appointment which was super convenient and easy and all i had to do was pick up my prescriptions from the office and go right to life labs. Not to mention, the people at St. Johns medical helped me understand my results and explained them to me as I didn't understand there were two separate tests and sent me a copy of them for my future records! All in all it was a super easy an convenient process and they were so nice in proving me information even months after I had the testing done. I definitely recommend this place!

Not only will I never go back here again but I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. I had a phone appointment for an infected soft impacted wisdom tooth and the doctor was extremely rude and condescending. I had to practically beg for antibiotics, which she did finally prescribe but told me several times she couldn’t do it by phone appointment. I had to tell her several times that I didn’t have the money for a dentist at the moment and at one point I had to flat out tell her that I needed antibiotics because I didn’t want the infection to spread and kill me. Her response was “yeeeeah me either” in the type of voice you use with a toddler. Finally, with her incredibly snooty attitude, she agreed to prescribe antibiotics but told me they were bad and wouldn’t work. She never asked if I had a fever, swelling, pain, etc. She also asked me what she should prescribe? Which was very weird. 0/10 do not recommend.

Find a different walk in. Probably the most disorganized place I have ever been. After booking an appointment and taking time off work to attend, I was told that no doctor would be in that day. There are many other walk in medical clinics in Hamilton, so there is no reason anyone should ever come here. Its a dirty run down clinic in a disgusting boarded up plaza.

Based on my most recent visit I am revising my earlier review to say that this place has been much improved. The newest doctor here, Dr. Oliverio is a very pleasant and professional doctor who took the time to help me and did not make me feel rushed or that that he was in a rush. My appointment was right on time and I did not have to wait at all. The receptionist was very pleasant, timely, and professional. I'm so happy things are running smoothly here again as I have used this clinic for many years!!

I came here to get a 2 step TB test for work… I am 24 years old and do not recall ever having tuberculosis…both times my arm got infected where the nurse administered the serum. I had to take antibiotics for it to go away.I guess the needles used are either old or dirty…which is very concerning… each time I paid $60 for the TB test. This could all been avoided if I was offered the blood options which is $90 at the lab and is more accurate. Other option would’ve been to take a chest X-Ray which was also not done, leaving me in worry. Taking antibiotics isn’t a healthy option for me as the side effects are very harming to my body.I am extremely unhappy, as I cannot eat properly due to the antibiotics and I am very concerned of my health and the doctor or nurses don’t seem to care. The doctor is not even present at the clinic, the nurse had to take a picture on her personal cell phone to send to the doctor to read my results which is in all very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this clinic at all, and I will for sure Escalate this issue to the CPSO.

Very bad experience. I was being referred to a specialist by the doctor and I was been told that I will get a call back from the clinic within a month or so. From the time it has been 4 months now, never heard anything. I called couple of times and I get different response from everyone. No one really knows what has been going on. Would never recommend anyone to this clinic.

Went to make an appointment over the phone, then an automated message sent me online to book my appointment. Booked my appointment and got my email confirmation for my confirmed time. Came in for my appointment 25 mins early to be told I have no appointment, and that doing it online doesn’t show up for them?If you’re coming make sure somehow to get ahold of someone or make an appointment in person cause they don’t honour the online ones
