The woman I rent from had a emergency extra bathroom put in at the start of the pandemic and it was done by quickly , efficiently and I thought the price was way more than fair...if you need a plumber this is a great start and bet you won't have to look elsewhere

WARNING ...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!! Took the plumber" 3 hours to figure out my pump was shot..Got water all over the basement. Gave a quote for a new on installed which I ok d. Two guys show up the next day to install it ? One guy just stood there with a flash light which was what I did the first day. Then he tells me I will have to pay for both their time!!! I sent the one man home. Took him over an hour to install the new on and it took him 3 trys to get it right ...more water all over the basement. He then gave me a bill that was 30% higher than the est. !!! I paid it . I later went into town to their retail outlet on Main st. When I confronted the "manager" I was told "too bad . use somebody else next time "... THEN... When I told them I would post my experience on the internet and left. A blond man chased me out to my car and banged on my door. My window was open.. and became verbally abusive and threatened me wit bodily harm. very violent person !! I left and called the police. Would you like to be treated this way ? BTW I am physically handicapped and my sing was in the windshield of my car!! Check out what they do for lunch on a Monday May27th 2019 want a drunk plumber ?"

Highly recommend for any plumbing, heating or cooling services. We had a ductless A/C unit installed and the service was excellent. Tony was there within a day to evaluate what we required. Very professional and responsive. Workers are friendly and respectful. Steph in the office is the BEST!

Had Nick come on a week-end to fix my hot water tank provided great service ,with a wonderful manner and gave us peace of mind.They have been our plumbers for 6 years and at ALL times we were very satisfied and the office staff are the best

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Most professional and time efficient company I have ever hired. The workers were extremely respectful and knowledgeable on the system being installed to filter the iron and sulphur in our water. The guys even brought in my recycling bins at the end of their day. Took about 3 hours with 2 guys to install, which is completely reasonable and expected. They hooked up my water softener as well which we already had but weren’t using. Everything works perfectly, there’s no more bad water smells in our water, and the workers cleaned up great before they left. Highly recommend this company!!
