His vast experience permits him to design the right Fitness Program for each of his client’s goals.Professionally, he is always upgrading in his field, which makes him current in his methods of training.There are so many How-to Videos online which ends up confusing a person to where to start. Coach Dino cuts through all this and directs you to experience results.My Dexa scan highlighted to me in years to come I would be susceptible to very low muscle mass. Dino is guiding me to build on my strength and my muscle mass. After 4 months (it takes time to build muscle/strength) I am noticing changes.
