Knix Ottawa Retail Store

Now this place knows Customer Service!!I was thoroughly impressed today when I visited Knix for the first time. Jessica was amazing, she took the time to understand my needs, measured me to ensure proper fit. She helped me select the products best for me. Kathryn at checkout was super friendly and professional. Looking forward to my new stuff :)

I went there hoping to find a bra but no success. I got measured and then was given sample bras in different styles! The samples are so worn out and stretched its very hard to see if you like that style. After you pick one they bring you a new one to try. They make a point to tell you it will be tight and to use the extention they supply! I asked the girl when it would fit (Stretch) She said after wearing and washing 3 times. If a bra stretches that much in 3 washings at over 70 dollars it's not for my budget! Glad I didn't order online! My regular bra is more comfortable!

I had been seeing ads for knix online for years, and I only just had a chance to go into the store in Westboro. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who brought me to the change room at the back of the store to get fitted. Jules was the lady who helped fit me with various styles of bras. Jules was quite helpful with getting the various sizes and styles for me to choose from. I really appreciated the work she put in to helping me make a decision. Unfortunately, I wasn't in love with any of them but settled on one. Jules' shift had ended, so she had written down for me the details for the bra I picked out and directed me back to the front of the store to pick out the colour I wanted. Unfortunately the colour I was interested in wasn't available. So I left without buying a new bra, but with a code to buy it online for free shipping.

I love Knix online. But I absolutely adore the in-person experience. I live in Montreal, but I've now been to the Ottawa store 3 times. I never regret going. Today, the experience was beyond extraordinary specifically because of Jessica! She went out of her way to help me. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Ottawa.

I went to the store to try a different size than the one I’d ordered online but was passed off to 3 different sales people just to get a fitting room. There were 6 sales people and about 4 customers but the sales people were disorganized. I waited in the change room & discussed which bra & size I wanted to try with 3 different sales people but the bras weren’t showing up & I was left waiting. I decided just to return the bras I purchased online instead of an exchange. I won’t be returning to the store or ordering online again. I’d purchased 3 bras & would have left with exchanges for the right sizes if someone had brought them to me to try on in the 20 minutes or so that I waited.

I went to shop at the Ottawa Knix store twice in about a week and a half and want to say how impressed I was both times with the friendliness and helpfulness of knowledgeable staff. Bra shopping is not my favourite thing to do but I was made to feel very comfortable during the fitting and while trying on a few different styles. Thank you to Meaghan and Shannon today. My cousin has difficulty finding a bra that will fit properly given her large breasts and small waist. We visited Knix and while we had to wait a bit, she received personalized service and fitting. She purchased two bras and has been happily wearing them ever since.

Had a wonderful experience! Mel greated me coming in the door and understood my needs to direct to the right product and person. Kathryn was warm, supportive (pun intended) and knowledgeable, Kelly was friendly and helpful. I wish all shopping was this easy. Better yet, I wish there was a Knix in Montreal!

I highly recommend this store! I typically have difficulty finding bras in my size, and while I am definitely at the top of their range, I was able to leave here with two well-fitting bras--a success! (The other bra models were just a bit too small, and I would love to see Knix make larger sizes for them.) The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the store itself has a calm atmosphere that helped me feel comfortable. I have had plenty of frustrating experiences shopping for bras, and Knix was a breath of fresh air.
