Affordable fresh food and friendly staffs. My family and I enjoyed every bit of our order especially the sushi. Our second time here, and we haven’t even tasted half of the menu. We will definitely be back.

I am so disappointed in kinjo westhills. I have spent thousands of dollars there taking clients, friends and my family. It's my kids' favorite restaurant. I earned several gift cards through their stamp program and had 2 $20 gift cards left. In a rush, after school and on my way to pick up my son, I stopped to pick up their sushi to go and use my gift cards. I was spending $60 in total. The manager refused to let me use them! It doesn't say anywhere on the cards dine in only. I was late, starving and so upset that with all the money I spend there monthly, they would not honour the cards! I feel so disregarded as a loyal customer. I won't be going back, they have lost my business.

Kinjo is my child's favorite restaurant, so we dine there frequently. Today, we went with another family, making a total of 8 people. Although we sat together, we placed separate orders for each family. Our server for the day was Emily, and unfortunately, she was very unprofessional. Firstly, she forgot our drink order, and by the time we were almost done with our meals, we still hadn't received our drinks. We had to approach another server who was serving our food to inquire about the drinks. Later, Emily came to our table and informed us that we must give her a tip of 15% or more. We were taken aback by her sudden mention of the tip, especially considering we hadn't even received our drinks yet. She assumed we didn't understand her request and asked us, Do you know what I mean?" Her tone was very confrontational. When we finished eating and received the bill to make the payment

One of our favourite sushi in town; price, quality, service, atmosphere… all 5 stars!You know what you’re getting every time.Staffs are always checking to see how you’re doing (at least the Westhills location). And you can chill and enjoy the beautiful decors after meal.

We were craving for Japanese food so I came to Kinjo for some take outs. I went to the restaurant to pick up our food. It was very easy to order over the phone in advance. The restaurant was nicely decorated with a Japanese vibe. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The rolls & sushi that we ordered tasted good and fresh in general. When we got home, we found out two cups of bubble tea were missing. I called the shop immediately and the manager handled it politely. He gave me two credits for my drinks and sincerely apologize for their mistake. When I went to pick up my drinks after two days, the manager came to help me and treated us with one free drink on the house. I really appreciate this kind of service and will definitely go back again.

Second time I'm in Calgary and second time I'm at this place. And I am still delighted with this place. Excellent, tasty food, friendly service, reasonable prices. I had an amazing time with my friends. And I believe that when I visit Calgary again, I will also visit this place.

Pretty good bang per buck. I've come here a handful of times and the food and service is consistently good. I especially love how you can order ramen with udon noodles.
