Don't waste your money. This company is unprofessional and selfish. They supplied a three door freezer to us. The freezer worked for only one day and stopped. A month later, this useless people continued to lied that they are sending technician to have a look. We bought this equipment for business but obviously Igloo Food Equipment don't care about their customers. They are bad business.

After a disappointing experience after receiving my meat display Sameer did whatever he could to make sure he did not lose a customer.I thought I would never shop here again but Sameer as a Sales Manager( was my former sales rep) earned my business again.Honestly , I never go back once I say I'm done but this time I did and the service just keeps on improving.Sameer in the manager role has definitely improved igloo way of doing business and I highly recommend seeing him when making large purchases .Kudos!

To make the story short, I had the best experience at Igloo, from 3D planning to picking the right equipment that suits my store plan, to delivery and after sale service. I dealt with Morteza and Serwan. Great guys. They had answers to all my questions, even answers for my contractors and very detailed technical specs.I will always recommend Igloo for any grocery store, bakery, butcher, cafe, restaurant etc…

I bought all our equipments here, fridges, ovens, ice machine, etc. Peter and Lukas were so helpful, helped me find the right ones, answered all my questions and they give very professional advices. Great place!

Product pictures sent and exact quotes are given promptly with options for payment and pickup given at the same time. I will be back!

I have had the most amazing experience with Igloo, specifically working with Nabil.Nabil did multiple site visits with me before I found the space for my bakery, he helped me select the best equipment for my needs and even went above and beyond to create a layout for me using the floor plan of my space to show how the equipment will all fit. He's always thinking one step ahead of me and has even reached out to me unprompted to ask questions about my needs to ensure we didn't miss anything.Even if I can find something slightly cheaper elsewhere, I would still purchase it from Igloo from Nabil as his customer service is unparalleled and I truly feel like we are working as a team.For as long as my bakery is around, I'll be working with Nabil!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They asked me for a down payment for the equipment and then after four days, they apologized as the equipment was not available. They did not give me an official delivery time frame email or any other confirmation. I do not recommend this company to anyone
