I definitely recommend visiting the new location in Market Mall, it is a beautiful store, and they have a great selection of products. Their Staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable about bra-fitting. I never knew my bra-size until stepped into Crimson. Thank you very much for taking the time to show me different products and for making my bra shopping experience very pleasant.

Coming to this shop has been my best experience buying bras anywhere in my entire life. I have bought two bras from here and both times Aisha was incredibly helpful in getting me the right fit and also recommending bras that are both extremely comfortable, and make me feel more beautiful/confident. The bras are excellent quality and I are totally worth the investment. Both Aisha and Kayleigh are very friendly and welcoming as well. I love coming in and will absolutely continue to come back here for all my future bras.

This was the most excellent bra fitting experience I have had in the past 21 years (my first at the original The Lingerie Shop). Kayleigh (the manager) went above and beyond in care and enthusiasm. She worked to find not only a great fit, but styles, patterns, and the colors I was hoping for. Her knowledge and fitting expertise was wonderful. I had procrastinated this for a couple of years and I won’t be in the future. Not only do they offer a great fit but quality care and product. It will change what is often an awkward situation into success!

Staff were super friendly and helpful without pressuring me to buy anything, prices were more than reasonable for the quality and I was able to find two cute and well fitting bras both on sale. I have a larger bust and smaller band making it difficult to find the right size in stores but there were multiple style options for my size!! I will be coming back and recommending this shop to friends. :)

Absolutely amazing!I can't stress how helpful and sympathetic the staff were here.Bra shopping was something very intimidating for me.I'd been going through a lot of medical struggles and had subsequently gained 10 clothes sizes in a month because of steroid medication.Then, I lost an entire clothes size in a week and am currently being tested for inflammatory breast cancer.I had zero idea of what size I was, what size I might need going forward, and what options I'd have with my medical stuff. Just that I needed a bra and a fitting.So, when I found Crimson Lingerie on Google and saw the great reviews, I decided to give it a shot.Kayleigh was absolutely amazing 10/10.She helped me find bras in my size, while also going over options for stuff in the future.I felt very understood and comfortable... no judgement whatsoever.I learned a lot, too!The staff were all very professional.The store itself was bright, clean, and organized. They had a great selection as well.It's also amazing because they sell mastectomy bras and prosthetics! Which, I didn't even know were an option, before!All in all, shopping at Crimson Lingerie was one of the best shopping experiences I've had. Especially when facing some very sensitive and unpredictable situations.Not only was I able to get two bras that fit, but I got a couple great pairs of cooling pajamas, too! (Take that, hot flashes!)I'm honestly super greatful to have found this little bra shop and will be buying all my future bras here.I don't feel so ashamed of my breasts now that I have a great fitting bra (in my favorite color, no less!) and I've got some options for whatever medical madness comes next.Buying bras at Crimson Lingerie has been an unexpected boost to my confidence, been an amazing shopping experience, and felt like a little mini therapy session all at once!I really can't recommend this store enough!

I have been into a few bra boutiques around Calgary and I always get the sense that I am not the right age for the store- this store did not make me feel that way. Aisha was able to help me find bras that fit me like a dream and are super attractive. She made me feel comfortable and listen to what I was looking for. I was impressed with their selection and variety of bras. They were also very reasonably priced- most times in specialty shops I expect to pay top dollar. They told me how to properly take care of them to help them last. I highly recommended this store if you are looking for a bra that actually fits you.
