I took some old watches to Fawaz and he restored them in less than 30 minutes! He found some other issues that I missed and we had a great chat during the fixing process. I will definitely recommend.

Brought my Rolex Sub to Sun Time for a minor polishing after another jeweler had scratched the case back lugs when removing the bracelet.Fawaz took me in immediately and buffed out the scratches at a fair price. He was quick and efficient, but did not take any shortcuts. He partially disassembled the watch to ensure the polishing was done correctly and completely. He then reassembled the watch with precision and experience. The watch looks great and the polishing was not overdone.I will definitely be coming back for any of my future watch inquiries!

Had my band replaced, cut and fitted over my watch. Also had the crystal watch face replaced. Prices were surprisingly affordable, store owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit at this store but won't be the last. Thank you so much for making my old watch look and feel brand new!

Went here to size a leather band for a new watch I had purchased. Cost $5+tax. Tibor is super knowledgeable and friendly! I HIGHLY recommend him and his store. It's obvious that he cares about his customers and loves every watch he works on. If you were looking for a place to repair your watch, you've found it.

I’m an avid watch collector and have brought a number of watches to Fawaz and he’s done a tremendous job fixing them. He is extremely knowledgeable and direct. If you have valuable Swiss timepieces I recommend you bring them here. Its clear he has a very deep passion for what he does.

Had a great experience! Found some amazing watch straps for my vintage watches !! The store has over 4000 straps to choose from, haven’t seen that collection anywhere!! They were very patient since I had no cash and had to withdraw my money ! Surely going back to see some of their watches and also probably service my old watches.

I dropped in yesterday and spoke to Fawaz about getting my battery replaced in my vintage Gucci watch that I needed for a trip I’m leaving on this week. I was expecting him to tell me that I needed to leave it there for a week which would be cutting it very close to my trip but without saying anything he about the time in which I needed it he replaced the battery right on the spot within 2 minutes! I was so pleased with the service and he was even able to tell me more about the watch which I received as a gift which was above and beyond what I was expecting. I will absolutely be back for any future watch needs! Highly recommend! Thank you Fawaz :)

Had my Seiko 5 repaired. Runs more accurately than it ever has. The repair cost was more than I wanted but the result was good. If you're looking for a real watch mechanic, go here.
