I called Air Source because of a heating system problem caused by another trade. Mike immediately arranged the diagnostic visit and Jake arrived the next morning as promised. Jake's work was efficient, thorough and he stayed until all of the system was assessed and we were back to heat and hot water on a cold day in Bracebridge. Once again, thank you to Jake and Mike at Air Source....Muskoka. Great job that was much appreciated.

Jake with ASHC Muskoka was here today to fix our ac unit and provided excellent service. We were amazed at how fast he showed up and fixed our problem in no time even tho we are first time customers but will say we will definitely call them again and certainly recommend our friends . Thanks Jake.I felt bad not including Mike who was very prompt, courteous and made the experience calling this company why we initially decided to do business with them.

Mitch was fantastic to work with. I was in a bind and needed urgent service on a long weekend as our gas line was shut down and we had no hot water or access to stove. Mitch got there in <24 hours and was able to diagnose and repair the problem right away. Very professional, knowledgable, personable and helpful. Really appreciate the support and will be using Air Source Home Comfort Muskoka for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

The team at Air Source was knowledgeable and highly engaged throughout the entire process, from recommending ideal solution for our old house (which can be tricky when it comes to HVAC solutions) until the explanations of how the system works, at the very end. They gave attention to details and made sure to keep our space neat, which was a nice add-on. Four specialists showed up and got the full system installed in less than 10 hours, which we consider fast. In the end, we were impressed by the service we got, and can only recommend them if looking for any of the service they provide!

We came to our cottage and furnace was not working properly - phoned to Air source and they were out next day! Very friendly and respectful! Had our issue resolved quickly and efficiently. We then scheduled a full inspection and maintenance visit and they came very quickly and again efficiently. Thank you to Mike and the service team! I would recommend this business to anyone - professional, respectful, follows thru and efficient! Thanks guys!
