Found a stray cat and brought her in. The cat had soiled the crate I was in. After some discussions with the staff about how we found the cat, location and what not. They cleaned out the crate for us and took care of the cat.The experience was pleasant. The facilities are very clean and the staff is helpful.

Found an orphaned baby gosling in the parking lot. Gave these guys a call and sent someone over to pick him up right away. They said they’ll have it checked out by a vet, fostered and then released into the wild when ready. Great group of people who care just as much as other animal lovers.

We visited the Animal Care Centre and the Catty Shack. We were impressed with the in person assistance we received at both locations. They provided helpful information and spent time with us so that we could make the best adoption decision.We brought home bonded 8 month old kittens who have stolen our hearts already.I wouldn't hesitate to adopt again from London Animal Care Centre

Went in to register my dog. $25 I think total. I got the tag then. Very easy & straight forward. Not sure what money people are getting scammed out of or who’s coming to their doors but that hasn’t happened to me. The ladies behind the desk were nice & quick!

Have adopted from them multiple times. Once was a rat who was amazing and now we have 2 kittens who are also amazing. Staff is so friendly and kind.

Absolutely lovely folks here. They helped a baby raccoon on our street that was in bad shape. They were so gentle and kind. So very appreciated.

The customer service is excellent, they are thorough, friendly and so lovely to deal with. And they truly care about the animals. Nothing but compliments for the people here! I love them all.

I appreciate everything they do and it must be a difficult job at times. Just went to see a dog we were interested in. They were very cordial and ssked me just as many questions as I did them. This is good so they don't end up giving animals to people who are not qualified.

Shout out to Paul at the LACC! An enforcement officer who helped us in the middle of the night to get our GSD back to us. He was very professional when dealing with two very worried and stressed individuals looking for their pup.Also thank you to the manager who met us very late with understanding and compassion in a very stressful situation.Thank you for going above and beyond for us. I'm sure we were frustrating at times to deal with due to heightened emotions. This will never be forgotten and we will be sure to pay it forward. Happy to have him home with us!
