We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we have received. Firstly, it has been an arduous task to reach them over the phone as they seldom answer our calls. We have spent hours trying to get through to them. Additionally, their turnaround time for processing insurance for our commercial vehicle and commercial properties is unacceptably long, taking up to five days. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication skills further exacerbate the issue. While it is possible that they may be overwhelmed with their workload, it is unfair to waste the valuable time of their customers.
