The new owner is horrendous. Beyond rude and arrogant and let’s not forget to mention the fact that they lost my clothes!! Not only did she not once apologize but she made it seem like it was OUR faults they lost our clothes. Don’t even bother going here cause you’re going to regret it.

This place was horrible. I bought in an $80 scarf that had to be dry cleaned as it is 100% wool. When I had come back for it I made the mistake of not checking it before paying as I had trusted them to clean it properly. When I gotten home, I noticed that it had become scruffy in texture and what's worse is that it shrunk! Absolutely never going back to this place.

I brought my 100% wool scarf here and they ruined it. It looks pulled all over it, it’s in terrible condition. It’s a $90 scarf. I wish I would have seen the earlier post by Vivian that the same thing happened to hers.
