Honestly it was awesome. We needed a quick stay near the airport. Clean, good service, affordable, decent amenities. Would gladly stay again.

Hotel is nice and modern looking but they need to replace their beds. The frame has sharp corners and hurt my 2 year old 4 times and my 8 year old 1 time.

Close to the airport, speedy room service, and not too bad of a price. The also offer a shuttle to the airport if it's needed. Would recommend and probably will be back.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, typically for just a night before flying off somewhere on vacation. We have have always found it to be clean, generally quiet, with helpful staff. They offer a shuttle service to the airport we we have taken advantage of on several occasions. We typically leave our vehicle here and the rates for that are reasonable and we have never had a problem with leaving the vehicle here. The luggage carts available for guest use this time were quite poor, with the wheels that could use some TLC. I feel the restaurant meals are perhaps a little overpriced but the service was good and the food fair, and I'm sure we will be back in the future because overall this is a good quality hotel.

I arrived at the hotel this morning, much earlier than anticipated so I fully expected to be waiting in the lobby for several hours until check in time, however Bella Jose, the front office manager was extremely wonderful and without question offered to see if a room was available and happily checked me in. Bella was also training a new employee, she was professionally and friendly the whole time, making sure to get my morning shuttle to the airport booked and letting me know when the restaurant would be open.I was beyond appreciative of the early check in, allowing me to relax for the day before travelling.I’m a client experience consultant for my company and before even walking away from the front deck I knew I’d be sending a note to recognize the wonderful service I received today!

This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.Friendly staff that were very helpful with booking the free airport shuttle. The room was incredible! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful! Loved the bathroom with it’s brightly lit mirror and beautiful walk-in glass shower! Our very convenient free shuttle to the airport was excellent and the best last memory of our son’s wedding in Banff and our vacation to the Calgary area!! Special shoutout to Edsel (hope we spelled that correctly)! Thank you for driving us to the airport! Enjoyed the conversation during the trip, may God continue to bless you!

We needed to bring my wife's sister and brother-in-law to a hotel close to the airport. This was perfect once you get there. It is sure not the yellow brick road for traveling to. 2 stars for location. Check in was quick. The room was great. Had supper in the lounge it was fantastic even when it was very busy. Waitress was very professional and courtesy. Thank you

The room itself and the facility was nice, we were happy to be able to park our car and get a shuttle to the airport, unfortunately when we returned from our trip, the shuttle was supposed to be 10-15 mins and didn’t show up, we waited 45 minutes and had to make other arrangements to get back to the hotel. I phoned and very politely explained this and we were told because the shuttle is complimentary there is nothing they can do. It would have been nice to get a discount for next time just because of the inconvenience.
