Tirecraft Port Coquitlam

Had a great experience at tire craft port Coquitlam. They gave me a really good price on a set of wheels, tires and lift for my truck that was far lower compared to other shops. I had an issue with one tire (unrelated to the install) and they fixed it for free within an hour. Amazing customer service.

This team provided excellent service! Christian helped me find the best tires and wheels best suitable for my truck at an affordable rate. I was recommended a lift kit as well, which turned out great! Their team was kind and welcoming while providing their expert service. Will for sure come back to them next time!

Yesterday afternoon I pulled over into a parking lot because I felt something wrong with my tire after leaving a job site... sure enough, I had a large nail lodged in my front tire. Frank, one of the mobile mechanics, just happened to be in the same parking lot and he walked over to me and instantly helped me out with it. Talk about the best of luck in a terrible situation!I'd like to extend a huge thank you to Frank & Tirecraft PoCo. I'll definitely be using you guys in the near future. Much appreciated!

Kevin was in regular contact with me all throughout the process, providing me with great advice and multiple options for my budget. He is a truly excellent man, and an asset to this organisation. As a newcomer to Canada, I wasn't aware of a lot of the seasonal dangers on the roads and he was able to inform me about some of those and provide me the best choices for my vehicle. A true professional!It was easy to get everything arranged and getting the rim+tyre package installed was even quicker than I expected! I could not be any happier with the work performed. 10/10.

I went back and forth with how many stars to give because previous experiences were pleasant, but the most recent one was distinctly unpleasant. I noticed a bulge on my tire when it was parked in my garage. I was encouraged by a family member to replace the tires and they explained how warranty is applicable in cases where there is cord damage. The first person to help me came out to have a look and then said he’d talk to one of his ‘tire guys’. I could hear the two of them talking with the ‘tire guy’ loudly questioning why I was there and how I would even notice the bulge. There was more involved, but I don’t see a point in restating everything that was said. Throughout the entire experience I felt like my presence was unwelcome and my problem too minor to justify the time I was taking up. I left with the assurance that my tire would be fine to continue driving on, no offer of remedial action, and zero desire to remain a customer.*edited to add a response to the owner - I initially wrote more, but decided it’s not worth the effort. Reduced from a 2 star review to a 1 star.Your angry response to my review merely adds credence to my claim that the customer service at this location is subpar.You had an opportunity to make things right, but you chose to cancel me instead.

Friendly family business. Courteous and professional. They will give you advice and options and even discounts whenever possible. I have nothing but praise for this place. Keep up the honest and good work.
