Very thankful to have met Lou! My wife has had tinnitus and hearing loss since 2008. We have been to most franchised hearing centres, tried different hearing options and had given up on finding what she needed. My Mother, after similar experiences tried Ontario Hearing Aid Centre and was so impressed she recommended that my wife go there. We did, and are very satisfied with the results. Very quick response for an immediate appointment. Free hearing test and hearing aids that were far better than what we had hoped for. Also very affordable! Just had a follow up after two months to see if she was happy with them. She is, and I am as well. Huge difference in quality of life for her!Lou is very personable, down to earth, knowledgeable about his craft and aims to please. We couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend this business!!

Four of our family members have received the professional services at this magnificent hearing aid clinic. We are so impressed with the knowledge that Lou has. There are many products to choose from. During each visit, we were well educated and served. Both Lou and his associate go above and beyond their call of duties. They keep their clinic open after regular business hours to meet our needs. We are thankful for that. They communicate the importance of having the hearing aid to our family members and remove the barriers. In addition, the hearing aids products are reasonable priced, elite in the market and suit all kinds of age groups. Our youngest family members enjoy the Bluetooth and remote control technology on the hearing aids. Our senior family member, my mother, likes the affordable price of her hearing aid. Very professional and more affordable, the best price we found out of 4 quotations. The easy to understand invoicing is much clearer and detailed than a few other hearing aid facilities my gf visited prior. I have tried this product briefly myself and I am overwhelmed by the features and quality of the Zerena 9 with Bluetooth. If you are in the confusing, hidden fees, complex market for a hearing aid device then save some time and look no further. I highly recommend.

Have hearing aids since the last ten years with different audiologists, and always wanted a Dr to look after my specific needs, went to Ontario Hearing Aid Centre, I had great experience with the Audiologist Dr Lou and the specialist Farah, they looked after my needs with care and attention.

Found this location on Google, called and booked an appointment for a free hearing aid assessment. Was greeted in a very nice manner and spoke all about hearing aids and got the assessment done. Lou the owner is fantastic and he provided excellent advice in regards to which model to choose and also went over the entire assessment with my Father. He spent a lot of time with my almost 70 Father and as his hearing is not 100%, he took his time to explain everything to him in a precise and clear way. We were VERY happy with the cost for the top of the line product. Would highly recommend this place and please be careful of going to chain locations as anything above $4,000 for hearing aids is a rip off and be careful!!
