Abris Tempo - Brossard

Out of all tempo companies they are the most expensive but we decided to go with them anyways because they’ve been around for years. We figured they know what they are talking about .First of all the installers they refer you to are completely unprofessional. We took an appointment 3 weeks in advance just for him to not show up or notify us. They show up 1 week later. It took 3 guys over 5 hours to put up the tempo they had a hard time with everything. When purchased my tempo from tempo Brossard I asked the sales man for a side door. During the installation we noticed there was no door and missing half of the screws. I called and was told I never asked for one and that they are back ordered over 1 year . After arguing they magically came up with a door . After picking up the door and getting home the installers told us it's the wrong size door and apparently they don't make a door for our size tempo and that they cut the opening too big. Never again will i do business with Tempo Brossard or their installers .We spend over 2500$ and have a botched up job .

After finding out the Laval office was no longer renting Tempos to the South Shore of Montreal (Brossard), I decided to purchase one from the Brossard store. Extremely helpful and professional service. It only took about ten minutes for the process as I had already done research on their website at home. After the purchase, I had 3 follow up phone calls from the Laval office for when the Tempo would be delivered. I have lived in Brossard for over 30 years and every winter, we get at least two extremely windy days that test Tempos to their limit. I have learned my lesson and purchased the oval extra thick tubing. I also have driveway anchor spikes on the windy side of the Tempo. I am hoping this Tempo last for years to come.

Extremely misleading sales pitch by the man who sold me this thing.. My wife and I were lead to believe installation was included in the original price estimate, only to be handed a 330$ invoice once installed by an independant company. The person who installed it said he wasnt surprised because we werent the first people who complained about this...When i called my sales reperesentative to ask for an explanation, he argued that he did tell me the installation was not included, and suggested i was deaf since i didnt hear....nice way to treat a customer!

I don’t understand the reason behind such low review score. The service that I received from the sales representative was actually quite nice and the tempo is of decent quality.

11*32 pointed single tempo's quality is very poor. The wind totally damaged the tempo. Rude and unfriendly customer service just kicked to the insurance.

The quality of the car shelter is good, and the sales, warehouse staff are good. However, an old man at the cash register dared not compliment him.After picking up the goods and installing them at home, we found that a few screws were missing, and he gave me. As soon as I went out their store, my friend said that there were few other screws missing. I told him the actual situation, he even said that I don't believe you. Don't believe me? What's up?Although I got the missing parts in the end, but I was still very upset.I hope that the management of the company will pay attention to it and say sorry to me.

Had great services with Pierre and i recommend this place for your winter car shelter (abris d'auto) their materials are way better than other stores and it will last for a long time. I never had issue with their materials.

Customer service lacks in this store. We were asked to leave because they their store capacity is 5 (we make 4, all abiding covid regulations). We were going in to pick up an order quickly and my husband sometimes has problems with his French. I find this unacceptable.

Very unprofessional staff, didn't bother to even look at my plan, he couldn't suggest any options for my case. I needed to come up with a shelter option myself. After I called to get some size details, but they didn't want to even listen to what I was asking and just insisted on coming again. Every time to go to Brossard or Anjou when I need to get just one number..... that's too much. They don't care to sell anything!
