Have had Shannon book a couple of my of my trips which have always turned out great. This last was my first trip to Europe and was not disappointed. The ease of booking, the understanding of what we wanted did not disappoint. Cannot wait to have Shannon book my next adventure.

Until recently we would plan and book our travel on our own. Then we were blessed with the experience of Shannon Graves.She is a breath of fresh air during these crazy travelling times. She did not give up on us as we wanted a direct flight similar to the pre-Covid days! And she found it! Great pricing…excellent value…exactly what we were hoping for.We have followed the advice of travel agents in the past but we find that Shannon listens to us and then she responds.We feel very lucky knowing that our future travelling plans will be supported by such a caring agent. Shannon has been my travel go to for over a decade! Up until yesterday she has really been my source of information, pricing, and security knowing if something went wrong I had someone to help me. Yesterday was the first time anything went wrong… all of the flights home were cancelled due to weather and we were going to be stuck in an airport for two days. I called Shannon and right away she started calling people and getting the ball moving on how to get us home. She figured it out and we were able to take two other flights to get home same day without issue!!! I would never travel without the support of a travel agent and I do believe I have the best agent with Shannon! Forever grateful for all of the memories.Kristin

I generally book our vacations for the family myself but for the first time I decided to try using a travel agent for our vacation. We had the pleasure of dealing with Laura who was super efficient with responding to emails and sorting out all the details. We contacted her to book our honeymoon and I gave her fairly vague requests and she delivered the first go around. She found us exactly what we wanted and it was effortless for us!
