It's definitely aimed at seniors but I attend courses here regularly and have a great time! Really nicely priced art classes, workshops, cooking classes, etc. A gem of a local place

Use to live in that area for 3 years and never know about that wonderful place. Yesterday first time visit for Straight Yoga class! Cool! Really relaxing. Very nice friendly instructor and staff. Going to come here every week:)

Great Place for older adult activities, including social, dance, art and sport activities. Staff are extra patient as 75 % of clients are 60+. Wheelchair accessible!

I used the cooling centre facility during the heat wave. It is a clean space, friendly employee Carol welcoming visitors and providing cold water bottles.

Great Seniors Center, love 6he underground parking which always has lots of space. I attend the weekly Healthy Joints session with Dorothea Arnette, she is wonderful, and has extensive training with seniors yoga and movement.
