Hands down the best DJ we have ever come across. When we interviewed DJs, Jamie was the only one who stood out- not just for his professionalism & warmth but we got the vibes just from a phone interview that he takes his role very seriously & its not just something he does on the side. We were especially impressed with his online wedding planner to keep the evening organized.It was important for me to have a brief moment in the night to play my traditional cultural music in which I had to give Jamie a music clip as it wasn’t really something you can find on Spotify & he made it work! My family was so incredibly happy & it really set the mood for them. He really knew how to read the vibes of the room and it reflected with literally the best music choices & smooth transitions…our guests had such a good time, they’ve been raving about him ever since our wedding ended! Our guests were already so impressed with the R&B playlist during dinner hour & were letting us know.We also decided to choose Jamie for his MC services as we just wanted someone for basic announcements and laid back vibes. He really managed to handle both DJ & MC roles very smoothly. Our wedding music couldn’t have been in better hands & we are very grateful to Jamie, he was definitely one of many reasons our guests had such a great time & will definitely remember the great music that was played at our wedding. Jamie and QA Entertainment were a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. We recently got married and had QA entertainment as our DJ and MC. I wish we could get married again just to experience it all over again! Jamie listened to every request we had, and executed it flawlessly! After our initial meeting with Jamie, it became a very easy choice to work with QA Entertainment for our wedding. We wanted someone who mix songs together rather than just clicking play. We also wanted someone who could read the crowd and play music based on that. We also loved that we were talking to the person who would actually being doing our event.He uses an event planner which breaks down the fine details on timing of events and the types of music we would like. It made it a very stress-free process and the final meeting that much simpler. His experiences also helped us plan out when the best time is to do speeches and games. He worked very closely with our MC and venue staff throughout the day, and later took over for our MC so they could enjoy the party.We were so glad we worked with Jamie. The music was amazing and it was hard to visit with everyone because we wanted to be on the dance floor. Our guests were complimenting his work for days afterwards. Incredible experience with QA Entertainment for our Client's wedding at Elora Mill! DJ Jamie is the best! Simple as that. He blew us away with regular communications, timeliness, and above all their phenomenal DJing skills. The dancefloor was full the entire night and the vibe was fantastic! Jamie was an amazing DJ to work with during our wedding planning process! From the get-go, Jamie was absolutely professional and easy to talk to. He showed up to our initial meeting prepared with a Powerpoint presentation and answered all of our curveball questions. One of the most important things for us is that we are meeting the person who will be there for our wedding and Jamie understands why that personal touch is so important.On the day of the wedding, Jamie went above and beyond our expectations. We had asked a lot of him with very little formal instruction. He was able to seamlessly integrate some of our families' traditional song requests and odd mixes from the wedding party. Jamie also MC'ed our reception and there was thorough communication with the venue staff and our wedding coordinator for all the important announcements. He even somehow understood exactly what we needed from a quick head nod or eye contact.Jamie is an absolute pleasure to work with. We continue to get compliments from family and friends on how great our DJ was that night. We highly recommend QA Entertainment for anyone's future events! Thank you Jamie!

I cannot recommend DJ Jamie and QA Entertainment enough. If you are looking for excellent customer service, quality entertainment and just an all around amazing person then you have to choose QA Entertainment for your wedding. My husband and I had our reception at the Cambridge Mill and we never had to worry about the music or the entertainment. DJ Jamie knew the staff, worked with the venue (he has done many weddings there and it shows). We had drummers from another company come in to do a small performance and he worked with them to ensure their music and timing was done right. We also hired a photo booth with QA Entertainment and it was amazing, people loved it and we got all our digital proofs the next day! DJ Jamie went through our day to make sure he hit all his queues and helped our first time MC (my cousin) when she needed it! The music selection was on point and he was able to mix between Iranian/Italian music we had wanted to hear. He knew what we liked and played it! Every interaction I had with DJ Jamie was a pleasure and you really can do no better then him for your next event/wedding.

My husband and I booked QA Entertainment for our wedding and I can't recommend them enough. We used them for our cocktail hour, dinner, and reception music. We knew Jamie would be great after reading reviews, but we were still floored at how fantastic he was.The planning process was seamless and it felt right away like he understood exactly the type of music and vibe we were going for. We had a lot of requests for the different parts of our night, and Jamie took it all in stride and was enthusiastic about everything.The day of our wedding, he came to meet us before the reception which was very sweet and throughout the night got our input on if we needed to adjust timing for speeches or first dance. He communicated with the venue staff to ensure everything went smoothly. It was really nice to have a friendly face a few feet away while dealing with the various pressures of the evening!We got so many compliments from our guests about how the DJ knew how to get and keep the party going. Having every song on our must-play list playing felt like it was a curated playlist just for us and was fantastic. We also really noticed and appreciated how much he took our ideas into consideration. He also made announcements throughout the night that were helpful too, like when our shuttle buses were getting ready to depart. I think all our guests would've lost track of time and missed the shuttles without him. We cannot say enough good things!It truly felt like Jamie went above and beyond to ensure our night was perfect. Thank you so much!

On the most special day of our lives, we couldn't have imagined a better man for the job than Jamie.When we were meeting all of our potential vendors, Jamie stood out from the start. He was the most well-prepared and professional for our interview, had clear and concise content on his services and asked very thoughtful questions about what was important to us on our wedding day.Leading up to the event, Jamie connected with our MC and Wedding Party, something that not every DJ would take the time to do. We felt as if he was part of the team, and that we were in very good hands...and we haven't even gotten to the fun part yet!Jamie KILLED the setlist! We had a mix of Carribean and Canadian guests, from 18 to 60 years old, and knew we would need a pretty customized approach to our music.Jamie played music to get your auntie and uncle up and dancing that blended seamlessly with the stuff you would play for your cousins and friends.There were so many candid moments in the night where Jamie orchestrated the vibe. He made the wedding party entrance, speeches, and dancefloor all highlights of our night.We can't thank you enough brother, if there were stronger words to endorse the quality, care and love Jamie puts into his craft, I would use them.This is your guy. Jamie is unbelievably talented at what he does. From our very first meeting we knew he would be a great fit as he was so kind, fun and just had an overall amazing attitude towards our wedding. We were blown away the day of our wedding!!!! Jamie kept the dance floor packed the entire night. We had all ages up and dancing and multiple guests came up to us letting us know Jamie was the best wedding DJ they had ever experienced.
