I didnt know there a technician didnt do a good and properly work. They changed my caliper and brake pad only 2 weeks and the bolts loosing and lost 1 bolt. I don't recommend to service here again, Manager was a bad talking to me too. I send them a video of my truck and waiting for them to reply me .

My family and I have bought all of our cars from this location but we had issues with them every time. The car service portion is just awful, they don't care, they are such liars and never gave us a good service. My car was having multiple issues so when I called them it was one week left from my warranty. They checked and found out it was expiring so they forced me to bring the car after it was expired and then told me I am responsible for all the expenses. My entire family and friends were saying the same thing about this location , that Jeep destination made them wait until their warranty was expired and asked them to pay for all the costs. Even though the managers have changed and staff has changed over the past few years they use the same system to get people to pay for the car issues.

Service department did awesome job with my transmission replacement in dealing with 3rd party for extended warranty.

I was kept informed during procedures. all went well. I will use them again

If I could give negative stars I would. Stephen the mechanic charged me thousands of dollars for a fix that did not last for even 30km. He assured me many times it was road safe and I even paid for the “safety inspection” which was clearly a rip off too. It broke down within a day of driving. It died in the middle of an intersection. So dangerous and far from safe. Thank goodness I did not have my children in the car.I had it towed to a new shop who said it was “the sloppiest” fix they have ever seen and couldn’t believe what I was charged. Stephen was rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I do not think anyone should use him as a mechanic it is clear he does poor work.I then spoke with the Manager Jean who was accusatory, rude and took zero accountability for their failed work. Instead of owning the poor repair he blamed me, or the second mechanic of “sabotaging” their work. He projected and deflected all blame. Couldn’t imagined worse service and do not know how they are still in business running that way.
