They don't even deserve one star. The people that work here are rude and ignorate. We recieved a $3,077 water bill on June 13th - I went here, was told I used that much water I have to pay theres nothing they can do, check the toliets and meter - did both of these and they're fine. Did they not have a responisbilty to inform us when are normal $500 bill went up to 3 grand. Got a different gentalman on the phone and he said maybe the meter is faulty that send $150 and we'll send someone out to check it if so, we will only charge the amount of your old bill $535. Sent the money, no one answered my calls for 6 days after that and magically today on the phone he tells me your water usage went back to normal on June 13th
