I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. My sales associate was Cameron Meldrum. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a vehicle. He was upfront, very knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I bought this vehicle from Ontario so he organized shipping at a reasonable rate. Buying with Cameron made me comfortable with this because of the pictures, videos, and inspection reports I received from the dealership. I had a very good experience at Volvo cars Victoria. Jeremy keys the salesman was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful.Everyone who works at the dealership is very nice and respectful.The car dealership is very understanding when it comes to waiting a week to get the money etc.I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a car.

Decent, not bad not great, feels like they just want a quick sale so I will shop elsewhere.Updated from 2 to 4 stars: Management team did look into my issue and did take steps to restarting the relationship. When we first arrived at Victoria Volvo, Mario Castillo met us at the door with a big smile and handshake and right away I knew this is the guy who will understand what we need. Mario was exceptional at helping us find exactly what we wanted, the PERFECT vehicle for my wife. He listened to our needs and provided info on all the options. We did not get the greedy sales guy feeling from him. He paid more attention to what WE wanted and not what they want to sell us. Mario got us a fair trade in value and we closed the deal. We recently bought a used Toyota from Cameron Meldrum at this dealership. The whole experience was excellent, we did an extensive test drive and everyone was very friendly and inviting. There was a scratch on the dashboard and they did a beautiful job removing it. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful.
